“So we went to Rodeo Goat for a few drinks before dinner. I asked our bartender, Anna, for an extra sweet bourbon Manhattan on the rocks. This is probably not a common order. She was gone for quite a while and I said to my husband, "She probably had to look up how to make it." Well, she did and it was outstanding. I wish more bartenders would do this!! I have been to numerous upscale restaurants in the area and, honestly, this is the best drink I have ever had. Anna was a delightful, professional bartender and a credit to Rodeo Goat. “I just went here for my birthday 10/24/26. The food was great I wanted to tell the chef which I think is a woman 10 out of 10 collard greens, lamb chops, Mac and cheese deviled eggs, etc. We basically ordered everything on the menu there was 6 of us at my table. Our hostess/ waitress CEE CEE was on point from bringing out my Bday sign and sparkles with our bottle service to our mixes and waters she kept everything refreshed the DJ was on point but the atmosphere was not a party everyone participating,dancing turning up like on their Instagram. Honestly I think it was just the crowd it was to me alot of couples and first type dates in the restaurant and once we were the only ones ordering bottle service and food people started literally leaving right after that. My wife and I travel and go to plenty of restaurants similar to Miami Vibes like Pappis steakhouse in Miami and Vegas. So the energy definitely changed and was disappointing because we are use to interacting and watching people not in our group have fun, which there was only one group of girls at the back of restaurant later that were on the same vibe as us. So if you looking for a club type atmosphere after dinner maybe their brunch might be a better option. Food and service was excellent though!“

“Easily the best ramen I've had in the Collin County area. Hell even the price has beaten inflation! You can't get any better ramen by far. Their broth is just simply different. The noodles are the best rice noodles I've ever have. And this place stays open till 2 am everday?? It's heaven for late night folks. Definitely one of the best restaurants around in general. Their service is still quick as can be and their staff DO take their jobs seriously. With a lot of care and heart. Not many places if any have that type of worth ethic left 🤧“

“Really enjoyed Bottle Rockets! The atmosphere is laid-back and fun, with plenty to do between the pool tables, darts, and other games. It’s a great spot to hang out, grab some drinks, and have a good time.

“Our server Leon was literally amazing. The ONLY reason why my service rating was 4 stars is because the bartender was off-putting.

The Cuban rolls, chicken fried chicken, and chips and queso were the stand outs for me.

Must try if you want a unique flavor profile/texture. Must try if you also just want to support good people, like Leon!
