“So we went to Rodeo Goat for a few drinks before dinner. I asked our bartender, Anna, for an extra sweet bourbon Manhattan on the rocks. This is probably not a common order. She was gone for quite a while and I said to my husband, "She probably had to look up how to make it." Well, she did and it was outstanding. I wish more bartenders would do this!! I have been to numerous upscale restaurants in the area and, honestly, this is the best drink I have ever had. Anna was a delightful, professional bartender and a credit to Rodeo Goat. We will be back. Thanks , Anna, for caring for what you do. Wish we could spread that across the universe. :)“

“We drove an hour for the Christmas pop-up event with our family that came to visit from MD. We loved every bit of the experience. The food and drinks were amazing! “I really like the atmosphere of this restaurant, lively patio and pretty interior decoration. We tried the coconut shrimps and goat cheese dip. Goat cheese dip was the star of out dinner, very delicious. From the mains we tried seabass which I found very salty due to soy sauce, we also tried the parmesan crusted chicken and tacos both were tasty and good portion size.“

“This is a small but quant corner, you have a variety of stores Tom Thumb being one of them. Then you have numerous eating places like on the border, some kind of Chinese one on the same square as On The Border and many others. Plus you have Chase Bank. You can get in and out from three different sides, coming off of the Dallas Tollway, Parker road or the first street after the Tollway. Makes it convenient and fast to get in and out of there.“

“We went at 5pm, not very many people. The waitstaff was very attentive. The food was fresh and good. We had fried catfish and rice, salmon, truffle potatoes, broccoli, and rice with crab. The appetizers were plantains and the shrimp & deviled eggs. I went for music but she said the DJ comes at 8pm. It would be good if the DJ times were posted on the website, unless I overlooked it.“

“Easily the best ramen I've had in the Collin County area. Hell even the price has beaten inflation! You can't get any better ramen by far. Their broth is just simply different. The noodles are the best rice noodles I've ever have. And this place stays open till 2 am everday?? It's heaven for late night folks. Definitely one of the best restaurants around in general. Their service is still quick as can be and their staff DO take their jobs seriously. With a lot of care and heart. Not many places if any have that type of worth ethic left 🤧“

“Great experience at North Italia! We tried the White Truffle Garlic Bread, Meatball Pizza, and Trofie Chicken Pesto—everything was fresh and flavorful. The garlic bread was rich and delicious, the pizza was perfectly baked, and the pasta was creamy and satisfying. Nice ambiance and good service too. Would definitely visit again!“

“This place is a great spot to connect with the community and watch a game. My only detractors are the projector screens and TVs have minor imperfections and color saturation differs from screen to screen. Also I had one of the cocktails on the menu made by each of the 3 bartenders during my visit and every single one was notably different. I would anticipate consistency when it comes to making the same drink. But overall the bar has great energy and all staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. Definitely will be back soon!“
