“Tried Birdies for the first time today and was impressed. The restaurant is quite new and very, very clean inside and as my daughter said, has a cool vibe. Not only that but the food was quite good, the breakfast potatoes were golden brown and delicious. The biscuit was fluffy and the gravy was good too. Michell, our server was quick, attentive and very good as well. All in all we will be back with the whole family soon.“

His skills and personality are on point and although he always remembers exactly what I like, when in a mood for something unique or different he masterfully whips up something I always love. He has a genuine, kind spirit that shows in his demeanor towards you as soon as you walk in and sit down. He cares about what you want and then makes sure you are enjoying every sip. It is mesmerizing to just watch him make the cocktails. Mixology at its finest. Antonio makes you feel at home and always serves us with a smile. “As a new Gunter resident, I made the short drive to the Brew House for a desperate pick-me-up. I was greeted so amazingly by the woman who manned the Drive-thru window. She made me a superb vanilla latte and my entire day. It’s amazing how one kind person can brighten your whole day. Definite Kyle will be frequenting this place a ridiculous amount as I’m a coffee and beer type girl! Thank you, GBH!“
