This was a great informative opportunity to learn about the distilling process and the company’s commitment to the Lewisville community. I was able to leave with a unique one of a kind straight from the barrel bottle and a few extra bottles from the gift shop. The great thing is that it did not require a trip out of state. It’s located right in the heart of Old Town Lewisville, Tx.“

“This was my first time at JINYA and it was such a great experience. Sol greeted and sat us immediately. She gave great recommendations. We had to order the pork gyoza based her recommendation. It was so good! We also tried the shrimp wanton ramen and the tonkotsu original ramen and both were amazing. Sol always stayed on top of what we needed before we knew we needed it. Definitely will be coming back!“

They were extremely helpful throughout the process and took care of my guests immacutely. Our servers Garrett and Allison were wonderful and took great care of all us for the evening. “Very impressive for an airport restaurant. Generally speaking, food and service are similar to their regular restaurant locations which seems to never be the case with airport restaurants. They have gone out of their way to keep a solid menu and a full bar as well as the feel of a restaurant that is a luxurious escape from the hustle and bustle upstairs. Highly recommended.“

As I was leaving, he did the same thing again. Those small gestures make a big difference when you’re traveling and working at the same time.

Nelly, Veronica, and Haley also went above and beyond to help me find my glasses. They not only helped search for them, but made sure they were brought to me while I was in a meeting.

Jordan provided outstanding service. The food & drinks were exemplary. Highly recommend the Ginger Mule, Lemon Drop Martini, Prawn Pad Thai, Sticky rice, and Grilled Pork Spare Ribs! We ordered the nachos with chicken Tinga and they were absolutely scrumptious! I think those are my second favorite nachos ever that I’ve eaten! Just a right amount of ingredients and all spread out on a nice big square dish. Very flavorful! Then he had a nice cold beer and I ordered a skinny margarita, but it was extremely weak so I had to order a side of tequila. Not cheap but it’s a hotel restaurant.“
