“Very impressive for an airport restaurant. Generally speaking, food and service are similar to their regular restaurant locations which seems to never be the case with airport restaurants. “This was our first time trying this restaurant, and it exceeded our expectations. We sat outside on the patio near the water feature. The atmosphere was very romantic. Jordan provided outstanding service. The food & drinks were exemplary. Highly recommend the Ginger Mule, Lemon Drop Martini, Prawn Pad Thai, Sticky rice, and Grilled Pork Spare Ribs! “I went to The Henley with high expectations based on my past dining experiences with Executive Chef Patrick McElroy, which had always been strong.

During my visit in February, I ordered two petite filets, both medium rare. Unfortunately, they came out overly charred to the point of being crunchy and burnt. It was a clear miss on execution, especially for a steakhouse-level dish.

To be fair, the waitstaff and bartenders were excellent—attentive, professional, and did their job well.

After initially not receiving a response, I was later contacted by Food & Beverage Manager DeLance Woods. He handled the situation professionally, was polite, and took ownership in a way that reflects well on both the restaurant and the Hilton brand. That level of follow-up and accountability matters, and it changed my overall impression of how they handle issues“
