Diana and Benito atended very well.
From the moment we arrived Welles took care of us and throughout the stay we had exemplary service. We have stayed at Hilton’s around the world and this one will be in my top 5. The room was wonderful, food amazing and pool outstanding. The Fourth of July brought many challenges but they made it look easy. Thank you Southlake Hilton for making our stay a fabulous memory.

The Henley at Hilton Southlake Town Square offers a memorable dining experience with excellent service and quality food. Guests consistently praise the attentive and friendly staff, with special mention of staff members who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant visit. The bar team, especially Heather, provides friendly, professional service, and the managers show genuine care for guests. The restaurant's drinks, such as the smoked old fashioned, are visually impressive and taste great, adding to the overall enjoyment.
Food is generally well-prepared and flavorful, with standout dishes like the 10 oz steak and mashed sweet potatoes. Breakfast options are highly recommended, with omelets and a variety of warm and cold choices receiving high praise for their quality and presentation. The bang bang shrimp appetizer is also noted as phenomenal. However, there was a rare issue with steak preparation, where two petite filets came out overly charred, but the restaurant’s management responded professionally and took responsibility, which positively impacted the overall impression.
The ambiance is welcoming, and the atmosphere is perfect for both casual meals and special occasions. The combination of great food, excellent drinks, and attentive service makes The Henley a highly recommended spot in Southlake, whether for a quick stop or a leisurely meal.
