Not the same quality I remember. Seems like my bundtlet cake might have been Frozen and thawed out.
Quality of the cakes is a no brainer - all the flavors are yummy! What makes or break the total experience depends on who's standing behind the counter. If Lisa is behind the counter - you can definitely count on an excellent experience - her customer service is spot on - smiles, friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and always has my orders ready to go. Would like to take a moment to send a huge Thank You to Maddy for the phenomenal customer experience! There was an error with my order delivered, however when I call to assure for reorder, there wouldn't be any issues, Maddy was already prepared and on it - now thats speaks volumes of taking ownership and customer resolution!
