“I went to the one in Southlake, Texas today. These are works of art. You MUST keep them refrigerated. So plan to eat it there or go straight home. They are a little pricey but worth it. Recommend 10/10“

“Stopped by the Southlake location the other day and grabbed a quick coffee in the morning. Scarlett was awesome and served with joy and efficiency!

Later in the day I grabbed the Baja Turkey on jalapeno cheddar bread. The sandwich was fantastic and would 100% order again! The late lunch service was excellent as McKenna and Marissa at the front served with excellence and a smile on their face.

“Quality of the cakes is a no brainer - all the flavors are yummy! What makes or break the total experience depends on who's standing behind the counter. If Lisa is behind the counter - you can definitely count on an excellent experience - her customer service is spot on - smiles, friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and always has my orders ready to go. I can't say the same about a couple of other employees there, but hopefully they will be trained up so they can offer the same top-notch customer service.“

“First time at this location. I like the cozy dining area and look forward sitting outside once the temperature goes down. I had a matcha latte with a chocolate chip strawberry pastry and a filled chocolate donut. I really liked the strawberry pastry. The donut and matcha were too sweet for me. I asked for a cup of water and that helped. I will definitely come back to try other pastries and drinks.“

We are huge fans of the red velvet and chocolate chocolate chip which pair beautifully with their cream cheese frosting and are always so moist and wonderful. However, the customer service is what really sets this location apart. I was greeted warmly by smiling faces who were eager to help and watched several customers get in and out super quick while I was there. I had a special request and the owners were happy to try to make it happen and the results were better than I could have hoped. My teenage son was surprised and delighted and that memory will be a highlight forever. Thank you for making that happen!“

“I have driven to the Hulen St. Unrefined location for 4 years to order my nephews’s special corn and gluten free vanilla cake with strawberry frosting for his birthday. My sister told me Cookies, Crust and Crumb bakery was now owned by Unrefined and it was in Hurst and much closer for me. Ordering was a breeze and the cake was the best one we’ve had. They said they quoted me a much lower price than normal and would honor that price. I wear hearing aids so didn’t hear the price quoted and told her I was prepared to pay the correct price and she insisted I should only pay what she quoted. I was very pleased with the service and the cake got rave reviews from all who ate it even our server at our restaurant celebration raved about the cake. We should have picked up cards from the bakery to hand out! Great experience all around. Highly recommend.“

“Northlake now has 2 outstanding donut shops within 5 minutes of each other. Love both of them but Wow has slightly better Applefriters and glazed donuts but the other one has better sausage rolls. Will gladly continue to patronize both of them. Suggest you do the same.“

What really made the visit stand out though was the blonde girl working there. She was super friendly, patient, and had such a positive attitude. SweetGypsy was able to deliver and it was absolutely fantastic! “I was looking for a donut shop near my office in Grapevine and came across SWEET SPOT in my GOOGLE search. They had a rating of 4.8 so I decided to give then a try. The people at the counter who I assumed are the owners were very pleasant and helpful. The atmosphere was nice and bright and fairly typical of a small donut shop. Their shop held a wide variety of options from which to choose, including a couple versions of Kolaches. I chose one of their sausage rolls and an apple fritter and they were both fresh and delicious. I also noticed as an added perk that they hand out small bags of donut holes to customers purchasing larger orders which I thought is a nice touch. I have a donut shop near my home in Keller that does something equally nice and I believe it demonstrates a genuine appreciation for the customers they serve.“

“We stopped by Melody’s Macarons Grapevine Mills after our visit to Meow Wolf Grapevine this afternoon. Spur of the moment stop, didn't have any expectations whatsoever. Oh my goodness, the macarons are AMAZING! We bought six different ones, and tonight we tried the Strawberry Nutella, Chocolate with Sprinkles, and Peanut Butter Cup. The flavors were outstanding, but even more impressive was the unmatched texture compared to every other macarons I've ever eaten. You could feel the ever-so-thin outer edge as you bit through, followed by a slightly dense, chewy center with just the right amount of filling. This will now become a regular part of our periodic visits to Meow Wolf. It's a good thing for us that they're not closer to our house or I wouldn't keep losing weight.“
