Abby and her team at Pinch of Salt Pastries go above and beyond to ensure a gluten free, celiac safe, AND SO delicious sweet & savory goodies!!!! They have many dairy free options as well. I have stopped telling friends and family it’s gluten free, because I don’t have to—it tastes SO good, they don’t know any different!
