I was on crutches and received my free cookie. The employee was very sweet and caring it was my birthday and I started crying cause my sis passed away so I was celebrating on my birthday today. The employee was very sweet. We'll be back to this location they get hundred stars from me. God Bless the lady on crutches.
I would not exactly say there is atmosphere at Crumbl Cookies, but seeing what they do to prepare and create the cookies is interesting, which is what you see when you walk in. They were quick, with a smile as well as helping me navigate their site to order cookies. There is two sizes of cookies and if you get the large, beware that it is big enough to cut in four pieces and share and still get full.
