I had never had a New York bagel before but was intrigued after reading the great reviews of this place, though in my head I thought, “I mean, can there really be THAT big of a difference between bagels and cream cheese?” This morning, I had the most amazing bagel with the best cream cheese that I’ve ever had. You can tell that every bagel is made with love and deep knowledge for the craft. I always get an untoasted everything bagel with sliced lox and everything on it. These bagels could change the way Texans view bagels. Not even a comparison to other local bagel places.
