Lovely team and great service. A perfect place to be a regular.
Went here for a business meeting, but this location had the music so loud it was hard to hear eachother so we left after 5 mins.
Open at 5am for the early riser and greeted with a warm welcome and helping hand. Not much going on this early but super thankful for hardworking folks making coffee.

The location is convenient and busy in the middle of the Southlake shopping area. The barista is friendly and the staff nice and friendly as always. Service can be very fast for a to-go order even 30 minutes before closing. Light outside shines on the sidewalk and warm inviting atmosphere. Customers can get their coffee fix and continue shopping. Parking is difficult to find and the shop does not have a drive thru. Employees make an effort to get each drink correct while keeping the line moving. The location can be crowded at times though and another location in town center would be great. Some days the service is rough when the person taking the order wearing a mask speak up making it impossible to understand. Overall the atmosphere is warm and inviting with friendly staff who try to bring their A game.
