Staff is kind as soon as I walked into the front door I was greeted by a smile and asked how I was doing? The service was outstanding with a friendly smile and asked every detail of what I wanted with my latte.
This Starbucks location is tucked away in the beautiful Southlake Town Square and has a good amount of seating both inside and outside. Plenty of parking nearby as well if you're picking up a coffee or drink before going shopping at the MANY stores in Southlake Town Square. This location is always busy every time I've gone, and the service is a little on the slow side. I’ve never been to this location, but I was just blown away by the warm inviting atmosphere. The young lady who took my order was so sweet, she could tell I wasn’t a regular and when I looked confused at the sizes, she said “small, medium or large” for those of you who, frequent Starbucks you probably know that they often make a big deal about their labels for the sizes they offer (venti etc)After being treated so poorly at a collision center down the street, it was nice...read full review
