“Kaylee Cherry is hands down one of the best servers I’ve had at Arcade 92 in Flower Mound! She is friendly, attentive, and always has a great attitude. She made sure our drinks stayed full, checked on us regularly without being intrusive, and genuinely made us feel welcome.

It’s clear she takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and her positive energy made our visit even more enjoyable. Employees like Kaylee are a big reason we’ll keep coming back. We ordered the nachos with chicken Tinga and they were absolutely scrumptious! I think those are my second favorite nachos ever that I’ve eaten! Just a right amount of ingredients and all spread out on a nice big square dish. Very flavorful! Then he had a nice cold beer and I ordered a skinny margarita, but it was extremely weak so I had to order a side of tequila. Not cheap but it’s a hotel restaurant.“

The staff and service went above and beyond to make it a truly special evening. They were incredibly accommodating and always available whenever we needed anything. We were also allowed to decorate the room with balloons, candles, and personal touches, which made the celebration feel even more meaningful. I would highly recommend The Reserve for a special occasion or even just to enjoy great food and a fun atmosphere. The energy of the restaurant is fantastic. The waiter informed me that their special for the day was rainbow trout from Colorado. I decided to give it a try with grilled vegetables and a salad.
