“Cole was incredibly kind, positive, and intuitive with his customer service. Before I could even ask for a glass of water, he had already anticipated it and brought one over. As I was leaving, he did the same thing again. Those small gestures make a big difference when you’re traveling and working at the same time.
Nelly, Veronica, and Haley also went above and beyond to help me find my glasses. They not only helped search for them, but made sure they were brought to me while I was in a meeting.
These kinds of gestures go beyond customer service. They’re genuine acts of kindness that remind us how meaningful human connection can be, especially when you’re away from home.
I truly enjoyed my time at the Hilton Dallas/Southlake Town Square and The Henley Kitchen & Bar. The team made me feel genuinely cared for, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a true home away from home.“

“This was the perfect brunch spot! It filled up fast so go early if you want a seat OR book the reservation! Gabriel took fantastic care of us. The espresso martini was memorable - touch of nutmeg and orange zest for the win! Chose the classic chicken & waffles and loved the jalapeno syrup. Can't wait to return!“

“Visited on Mother’s Day for lunch and staff was very courteous. They wished happy Mother’s Day to my wife at the time of order and then while serving food. Food was perfectly cooked and had great flavors. We loved all the 3 dishes we ordered. Overall, great experience with very reasonably priced menu.“
