“Moxies sets the bar high for neighboring restaurants and is a great example of what what makes dining in special- great food, mood setting atmosphere and service that is attentive/friendly/cares/presents well. I love that the staff are all very professionally dressed (there is definitely a specific attire aesthetic which I think is achieved tastefully). Moxies has a pretty large space and turn tables quickly even when busy, which is often. I've walked in and been told the wait is 30 minutes and get seated a lot sooner. Worth the wait either way. Their menu isn't too robust which is nice because you end up finding your favorites. Two things that I love and crave often - the sushi cones and the seared ahi ginger salad. Both are a textural experience full of punchy and delicious Asian flavors. Just yum!“
“Very much enjoyed a Sunday early afternoon breakfast at the Eggsquisite Cafe. 2 in our group got the eggs benedict dishes (avacado and original) and I got the breakfast combo. The service was friendly, prompt, and efficient and the food was delicious! In today's environment, I consider the prices reasonable as well. Parking is readily available and is only about 4 minutes away from the Southlake center shops. Definitely recommend if looking for a casually comfortable, cheery breakfast or lunch.“
“We had lunch here. I ordered the Fish and Chips and substituted a salad for the chips. The salad was fantastic! Avocado, almonds, cherry tomatoes all in a delicious citrus vinaigrette. My son had the French dip sandwich, which came on a specialty bread, and was served like sliders with a jus. It is a blend of sirloin and prime rib. He said it was awesome! The server was friendly and took the time to describe the food and answer our questions. We would definitely return.“
“We had their biscuits as an appetizer - wonderful.I had their "Love Me Tender" with potato salad. The chicken was wonderful, and the potato salad was the best that I've had. My husband had their "Don Chingon" and stated that it was unfreaking-believable delicious.“
“Seriously love this place! I live in Fort Worth, but will drive to Southlake just for Chop Shop. The app is so easy to use, the rewards points are great, the restaurant is always so clean, and the staff are super nice! 10/10 recommend:)Dietary restrictions: I have a gluten and dairy intolerance and can always get something here that works for my diet!“
“What a fabulous experience. We arrived as a group of 16, and even though it was not super crowded, it was still impressed how the friendly staff got us organized and were able to help everyone quickly. Food is very delicious - lobster/brie omelet is fantastic, but so is the pancakes, the chicken waffle and the cinnamon french toastDietary restrictions: Several people in the group had different restrictions, and this was not a problem.“
“We celebrated my husbands birthday at Jellicos. It was great, a hidden gem for sure. The poblano white bean dip was amazing! The filet mignon was delicious and tender. We had one little problem with the meats, I asked for the filet mignon to be medium well, and my husband wanted his T Bone to be medium, and they mixed those terms, the T bone also needed a bit more flavor but everything else was delicious. The servers and everyone were great, but Hala made the night special. What a sweet soul! She made sure my husband got a birthday cake and sang the song even when no one else joined! The curve lounge was packed, but it looked like fun, and prices were surprisingly low, we would come back and try the lounge too !“
“We came for the food and wine tasting on Wednesdays , stated on Open Table. When we were greeted, they said that it is not happening this week, but the manager Eman Chowdhury came and said we will make this work, and he talked with the chef. The food and wine pairing was fantastic. Service was first rate. Eman did such a great job orchestrating the evening. This was the first time we have come, and we will definitely return.“
“We were pleasantly surprised how delicious all of the food was, we tried their jalapeno cream soup and clam chowder, both were fantastic. We opted to try most of their appetizers and the oysters, so fresh and delicious. But hands down the seafood boils were exceptional. Manny made the experience all that much better with his excellent service and recommendations. Thank you Rockfish Seafood staff and Manny for giving us an exceptional dinner experience.“
“I wouldn't necessarily call this a casual place and there is no dress code but its a very nice restaurant. The food prices definitely reflect upscale. They have salads for you vegetarians. Very good food but a lot of it, next time I will share a plate with my daughter so we save room for their delicious cheesecake. Our waitress was awesome!Vegetarian options: Mostly salad choicesDietary restrictions: Calories on the menuParking: It's at the back of a large, busy shopping center so you may have to walk a bit. Handicap parking is in the back of the place.Kid-friendliness: Seemed good but I didn't have kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes“
“The employees just didn't speak. The female taking orders didn't say hello or ask how she could help or anything. Thought maybe she was just having a bad day but then the food runners didn't talk to anyone either. The burger was awesome! Fries are a little high priced. I got cheese fries. It says it's a cheese sauce, the sauce was awful. Luckily it was such a small amount that it didn't ruin the fries. Music inside was a bit loud but overall the atmosphere was good.“
“We dined here on Saturday evening and I was so impressed with the "Tex-Med" theme and was very pleased with our entire experience. It is a warm and comfortable atmosphere that creatively embodies the theme. The staff was welcoming and attentive and most importantly the food was excellent! The sample platter was a collection of delectable treats, with the fried goat cheese shining brightly. The gyro and short ribs tacos were delicious. Its a geniously crafted concept for a restaurant that doesn't disappoint!“
