“Mark was a wonderful bartender. He was our first bartender there and he was fantastic. However, we went a third time (3/22/24) and there was a woman. I unfortunately did not get her name. She served me and told me that I was being too loud. I apologized saying that I am from a loud family. I’m sensitive and cried out of embarrassment. Whenever my friend arrived and asked me how I was. I’m told them that I was told I was too loud. The bartender then came back and accused me too of acting like I was 12 and Making her a villain. I assured her that I never spoke a bad word about her just repeated that she told me I was too loud. I was embarrassed. I didn’t feel welcome and we attempted to pay but she said to not worry about the drink.I don’t understand what happened or why she was mad that I told my friend what she told me . I no longer feel welcome at my favorite whiskey bar. My fiends tried talking to her to understand the friction and called her out on her rudeness simply by asking her why she was taking digs at me. They didn’t appreciate the situation.She didn’t have to keep insulting me/putting me down. I just needed a moment to process my embarrassment I already apologized for.“

“Went for lunch, food and service were great! Steaks are always well seasoned and tender. Sides are great as always! Our waiter Gideon was wonderful and helpful in deciding what to eat! All other staff we had encounters with were also kind, several acknowledged my baby watching them and stopped to say hello to her. Definitely recommend and will be back!“

“Twisted Root Burger Co. Is a great place to get a Great burger. I recommend the 'shroom, if that's your thing. A side of fried grn bns and carrots is amazing. Throw in a shake and prepare to meet the "Burger Gods." Also, the help is awesome, and the Manager is a Sweetheart. Thanks for the fun.“
“MidCities Cafe is a must try if you’re looking for good food for breakfast, brunch or lunch. They open from 7am-2pm. The owner (Jenny) and her wait staff; specially Aiden and Jessica are so nice, attentive and so polite! Their service is always outstanding. I come in at least twice a month on a Sunday during brunch time. I come either by myself or with my two daughters; they love the it too. They always get the steak and eggs. Ever since I started to come here they have been so welcoming. I’ve been coming here since 2020. The place is always clean. The food is outstanding. I’ve had their steak and eggs, chicken fried chicken, meat lover bowl, biscuit and gravy and their Texas burger. The cooks do an eggcellent job with the food. Over medium eggs always perfect; just like I like that. I totally recommend anyone trying it out.“

“Literally the best Waffle House location - so clean, & incredible servers - they are so fun and nice!!! Especially rashonda! Food is incredible every time. I recommend the all star special (duh!) with a biscuit, half sausage half bacon, regular waffle, hashbrowns smothered, covered and peppered and cheese grits. You can't go wrong“
“First time here. Ordered the fried zucchini’s. WOW. Seasoned batter is so good ?.The wings were so good, I inhaled most of them. I could barely come up for air.The chicken calzone, do you like fresh ingredients? Well that’s what that is!I’ve came to the bar side before and ordered the pepperoni rolls. Wow wow wow. “My overall review mostly reflects the very kind level of service that you get from the workers here. However the quality of the food, and especially the price, leave a bit to be desired. I paid a little over $20 for over 3 menu items that were subpar quality for the price.However, the saving grace was the customer service, especially the gentleman who took my order. He was able to help accommodate a last minute request that I made to my order and didn't make me feel bad or like an inconvenience for doing so like many other places would. He even went beyond that and ensured my food was correct before I left the restaurant, so a special shout out to him.“
“This was my 1st time visit at this location The hostess was so nice and sweet always had a smile on her face She was so nice and sweet to an older couple that she seated and she listen well.... I did notice it was a busy night.The waitress also was sweet came back to our table to check on us always on time with our refills.. the manger never smile at us just walk around he never spoke to people he was must like worry about his staff.. As a manger you should always check and smile or even speak to customers He should do better ...the service would have been a 5 star but because the manger so into himself I will gave it a 4“
