“My wife and I are regulars at Bedford Ice House. We’re here at least once a week, so we’ve had plenty of great experiences here over time. Tonight I wanted to give a shoutout to our waitress, Hailey, because she really stood out.
In my business at Sofia Lucas, I pay close attention to service and the little details that make an experience feel smooth and easy. Hailey absolutely nailed that. She was friendly, quick, and had great awareness of the table the whole time. Drinks stayed full, food came out right, and she checked in at the perfect moments without ever being overbearing.
You can tell when someone genuinely cares about the guest experience, and Hailey definitely does.
This is actually my first time leaving a review, but I felt like the service deserved it. We love coming here and I’m already looking forward to next Sunday when we’re back again.

“Tried this place for the first time, never knew it was here in all fairness. But got orange chicken and crab rangoons. Portions are very generous. Enjoyed my dinner. Highly recommend.“

“Love their snow cones and their nacho and cheese. The management is amazing. A few weeks ago we walked to Bedford snowball and took our dog with us. I just got my nachos and cheese went to sit at a table and my dog jumped up and knocked it out of my hands. I took napkins and started cleaning it up the manager came out and gave me a new order. Everyone is so kind and helpful.“

“There is a girl there that gave me a gallon of snowcone and charged me $63 dollars. She forced me to buy it or else she will convince everyone that was there to hurt me. I was scared and so i bought it because she had large sharp knives ready.“

“I just want to shout out the team here. They were hustling and working quickly to get orders out and they were swamped with online orders and walk in customers. Even though it was tiring and frustrating they managed to still service us with a smile!! Will be coming here for all of my chipotle orders :)“
