“My friend & I met for coffee this am at Green Nest Cafe & had the best teas & blueberry scone. Great service & a friendly staff, who answered all our questions before we decided on what to try. We got the Hojicha PEACH (not mango) coconut latte & the strawberry matcha latte…both iced. The owner told me she makes the cookies & scones daily, & they get the bread for their sandwiches from a local bakery. My friend said her Italian panini was delicious. We were so impressed that we each left with another drink (or two) to go. We will definitely be back to try the cold brew next time!”

What a pleasant experience of a casual surprisingly delicious meal and great service. Photos included are the Chicken 65, Gobi Manchurian, Goat Curry, Veggie Korma, and Garlic Naan. “Love their snow cones and their nacho and cheese. The management is amazing. A few weeks ago we walked to Bedford snowball and took our dog with us. I just got my nachos and cheese went to sit at a table and my dog jumped up and knocked it out of my hands. I took napkins and started cleaning it up the manager came out and gave me a new order. Everyone is so kind and helpful.”

Parking is limited at this location, and they do not offer curbside but do have 2 drive thru’s which are pretty quick.

“Turning Point is one of our favorite breweries in the DFW area and we make it a point to to stop in anytime we are in the area visiting family. Having visited breweries across the US, one thing that is usually lacking in quality 99% of the time is food. I am not sure how long Godspeed has been serving up their delicious BBQ at Turning Point but the brewery should do everything they can to retain them. Godspeed has some of THE BEST brisket I have ever had in my life. It was melt in your mouth good and the bark was perfection. They have bbq sauce available but this is one of those times you should let the meat speak for itself and savor the flavor of it on its own before you douse it in sauce. I promise you will thank me later for this. Also, the beans were FANTASTIC!!! I can understand if y’all don’t want to share the recipe but they were some of the best beans I have ever had! We were hoping to find some fantastic BBQ on our visit and decided to end our at at Turning Point. Who knew we would find some of the best BBQ we have ever had in our entire lives??? The family that runs it is super friendly too. Shout out to the owner’s Dad who was so kind and generous with his time chatting us up!
