“Tiny and Lanette were absolutely amazing! Everyone knows Waffle House is great, but coming in at 2 AM with a group of seven and still getting fresh, fast, perfectly made food was impressive. They were incredibly attentive and made the whole experience fun and welcoming for us out-of-towners. Truly top-tier service — we’ll definitely be back!“

“Had a wonderful breakfast here this morning Sunday May 26, the staff was 🤩 amazing service was definitely an A+. I ordered the Mi Amigo Omelette with hash browns and sourdough toast😏 Delicious 🤤 coffee was on point very good. The atmosphere was good as well. Pricing was decent spent about $50 meals were around $10/$15 range and found something really good to add to our orders. The Hot Sauce was the best! Bought two bottles to take home and will most likely need more😁 in time. We came from Springfield, Mo and it definitely made us feel like home. Thank you and we will be back next trip😉“

“This ihop is the best ihop around Dfw great service excellent people that work there. Very attentive. Always clean. Never have to wait long for table or food. If you go there make sure you ask for the A1 waitress Stephanie. She is the best and will make sure you leave happy. The manager Linda, the best ihop store manager in the Dfw is the greatest she’s always on the scene making sure customers are satisfied. There isn’t a negative thing to say about this place.“

“This little spot is a rare gym in the area, there aren’t many coffee shops near by. The coffee is great and the staff always remembers my name which I think is so sweet. The firehouse pottery shop next door is nice to walk through while you’re drinking your coffee.“

“I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. Absolutely everything is top notch. They get you seated very quickly (wait times are never egregious), the staff is always very kind and attentive. They go above and beyond. I decided to customize my order yesterday when I went and the waitress got everything correct. She added cheese to my eggs and she even allowed me to substitute the meat for a muffin even though the menu said that you couldn't do that. The food is wonderful and if the menu is to be believed, ethically sourced. Their juices are excellently prepared. All of them. They've got a new tropical one that is orange and it was really good. But honestly it's hard for me to just pick one to drink when I go because they are all terrific. Anyways, go here, give them your money, it's worth it. First Watch is an establishment that I hope is around for many, many years to come.“

“We don't have a Waffle House where we live so we made it a point to eat here while we were in the area visiting a friend. Our server was amazing...unfortunately I didnt get her name 😔! The cooks did an amazing job on our order...the bacon was just as crisp as we like it! We will be sure to visit this location again when we are back in the area. Hey, Waffle House...come to the San Antonio area!!!“

About, 10-15 years ago it used to be a Braums Ice Cream store.
The food is consistently delicious with good portions. Quality is great too. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Sunny street is an amazing neighborhood centric space serving an amazing homestyle and creative brunch menu. We moved farther away from this neighborhood, but always try to make it a point to visit as often as we can. Family friendly as well. We love this place.“

“It was late when we arrived and we were told to grab a menu and seat ourselves. We did which was no problem. The man who told us he usually washes dishes took our order. Food arrived fairly timely for the situation at that time. Food was decent and refills were hard to get. I would give them another chance. Maybe more staff next time.“

Went here for lunch this afternoon; I didn't know this place was here due to business next door kind of blocks their sign.
I ordered 3 scrambled eggs with cheese and an order of hashbrowns.
Was surprised how much food they fit in my to go container, quite a lot!

Food and drinks did not take long to arrive, for our party of 9. All of our food and orders came in with extra help to adults and kids.
I’d say this IHOP was clean and well managed than others I’ve seen.

“Sara A was wonderful. Good place to eat and good service and food but breakfast is their specialty. Reasonably priced and ample parking. Easy access to HWY 360 in either direction. Very clean and recently remodeled. Wife and I have enjoyed Sunday breakfast there for the last 10 years.“

“Madison, Larone, and the manager (I forgot I think Angela) were the most professional wait staff my family and I have ever encountered. Such good people and the food was incredible. “Food was amazing temp and taste. This was after a Sunday night football game and while there was not alot of customers at the time, it appeared they were experiencing longer than normal times to get orders in and out due to limited staffing. Otherwise this is a good spot to get a good meal!“

“We used to go to the Arlington location, and this was our first time at the Bedford restaurant. Our food was soooo good and came out quickly. Makenzie was awesome...she was very attentive to us even while taking care of other tables, and made sure we had everything we needed.
Can't wait to come back.“
