“Other than the front desk guy that checks you in with the super long hair, everyone in the restaurant was super friendly, smiling, and polite and courteous. The concierge at the front desk was super weird and oddly enough had a bad “tough guy” attitude for somebody with a man.🤷🏽♀️“

“I had been going to this store back in 1988 in high school. The service is still quite excellent. I had a problem with a location in Carrollton when I live and the manager took the time to answer some questions I had about the service they provided me and how bad it was. If the quality there is as good as the staff, then I highly recommend them. I can't be a fair judge of them not living the that area anymore. I thank the manager for his help.“

“We have been eating at la Isla for 30 years. Mainly the Park Row and Cooper location and when they moved to Pantene we followed them there. We have sampled the menu widely but I am centered on the tostada de Ceviche for a start. Then the sour cream chicken enchilada plate. We love the rice and beans and I love to put some of the delicious salsa on them. My wife usually gets either the fajitas or the tacos Al carbon. The chips and salsa are great too. Moderately priced as well. Give them a try.“

“I was given a gift çard to eat at this restaurant. I went there with dear friends of mine à few years ago & it was Terrible. last night Wednesday June, 21 2023. I decided to give them another try. OMG!! My waitress Julia was à beautiful young lady as SWEET as could be. the food was great. To say it was Much better service & Atmosphere. I spoke with a manager Jimmy to tell him this way better than the last time. A big shout out to my waitress Julia. Thank you for your service. IF I had to change anything it would be Not to make the Sala so spicy hot.“

“SHOUT OUT to Romo an employee at Chili's Grill & Bar in Irving, TX for his amazing customer service. We had the pleasure of meeting and interacting with this young man while having a really good piece of Salmon. Mr. Romo, handled the bar area with 8 tables during the time we visited and enjoyed our food. His customer service was good good it seemed as if there were two (2) of him. Mr. Romo, thank you for your amazing customer service and for your down to earth and humble spirit. “We stayed for the weekend at the Gaylord Texan as an anniversary trip and our daughter and son in law met us for dinner at the Cantina, just because it's so convenient to eat on property. I was expecting it to be overpriced and underwhelming, but actually, the prices are about average for a more formal Mexican restaurant (as opposed to a small family owned neighborhood tacqueria) perhaps a few dollars more than some places, but not too much. And the food was really delicious, I had taquitos and they were very good. I wasn't even very hungry and didn't think I'd eat it all but I did and was miserably full afterwards, lol. The service was extremely friendly and timely. The atmosphere is of course, very fun in the big dome at the Texan. The salsa is very tasty but it is served warm for some reason and my husband didn't care for that. It's not available chilled. That's not good or bad just a preference. I ordered a coconut margarita and it was very good. For the hassle of having to leave the parking lot and drive into town, unless you have a really really special restaurant, I don't see that it's worth the extra effort, because unlike many reviews I've read I didn't find the prices to be outrageous and the quality was as good as most Mexican joints I've been to and better than many. Recommended if you are trying to have a relaxing stay with minimum hassles. The staff at this Bonvoy location was all outstanding and helpful and it was very refreshing to have my expectations exceeded instead of being disappointed as happens so often these days. I don't mind giving people my money but I'd like to get what I paid for at least, and I feel that we did.“

“The steak tacos were fantastic and the flavors really stood out. I was also thrilled that they let me switch the refried beans for a side salad. You can see it in one of my photos and it turned out to be far from an ordinary salad. The Caesar dressing was unbelievably good and I would go back just for that. Our server was exceptional and made the entire visit even better.“
