Yum, yum, yum! This place certainly lives up to its many positive reviews. Everything was delicious, and the portion sizes were just right. Despite being very busy, the service was excellent.
Don't know how this longstanding restaurant has never registered on my radar screen. The ambiance is warm and welcoming with both tables and very comfortable booths. There are also patio tables out front and bar seating. The customary chips are light, crisp and accompanied by a quite enjoyable roja salsa, a very spicy salsa verde, and another salsa verde of a different composition with a slight sweetness. If you have not tried this place you are definitely missing out. Tried for the first time today and loved everything we ordered. Tex mex with a Laredo twist, but taste homemade and with love. From the margaritas to dessert this place hit all points. Don’t sleep on this restaurant. We will be back for sure! The service was amazing even the owner was on the floor and not hidden.
