The young man that helped us at the counter today was great! Very helpful.
I had to wait for my order for about 20min but their appology seemed sincere and they gave me a a free sando for my wait.
While im usually in and out within 5 minutes. The wait was completely worth it for that boberry sausage biscuit.
My advice wait for the hype to die before ordering the boberry sausage biscuit and dont order 5 for your coworkers. 🫠

Bojangles offers great and good food that is always worth it. The chicken is a little spicy, not because the chicken itself is spicy, but because of the spicy batter and seasoning it is rolled in. The service, however, receives mixed reviews. One customer found the service to be 5 star and very educational, while another was not impressed with the customer service at the drive-thru. It is recommended to go inside, where the wait is only about 5 minutes. The drive-thru is consistently reported as being the slowest drive-thru, with long waits and occasional mistakes like forgetting a breakfast sandwich.
