Ordered a blast through the app and added chocolate syrup, was given a blast with no chocolate that I paid extra for, and the blast was completely melted like more than a shake would be. Very irritating
Michelle the manager was so sweet and helpful! Our doordasher left half our order and Michelle made sure it was ready for us when we went to pick it up. She even re-made our spilled milkshake.
The staff are very friendly and timely. The food, however, always seems old and is never hot. The last two chicken sandwiches I got tasted like they’ve been sitting in the bin for two days. The fries and onion rings always look like they’ve been refried several times and then not sitting in the heat. I think I will try a different location next time.
