“Cole was incredibly kind, positive, and intuitive with his customer service. Before I could even ask for a glass of water, he had already anticipated it and brought one over. As I was leaving, he did the same thing again. Those small gestures make a big difference when you’re traveling and working at the same time.

Nelly, Veronica, and Haley also went above and beyond to help me find my glasses. They not only helped search for them, but made sure they were brought to me while I was in a meeting.

These kinds of gestures go beyond customer service. They’re genuine acts of kindness that remind us how meaningful human connection can be, especially when you’re away from home.

“I recently ate here while visiting from out of town! It was the best meal I’ve had in years! The rolls were fresh and melted in my mouth! The meatloaf was amazing, able to taste every ingredient! The broccoli was steamed and perfect for my taste! The dessert was ice cream with blackberry cobbler! It was divine!!! My only bad thing was I would have enjoyed having a spoon instead! There was one waiter taking care of the front part of the restaurant that was on point the entire evening! He was very engaging with all of his patrons and kept everything clean! I can’t wait to find a location close to my home!“

“Good food & service but pretty pricey so not a good value. Even though charging premium prices, all condiments on table were of the cheapest kind, loaded with toxic high fructose corn syrup and a nasty butter substitute with soybean oil and a chemical cocktail of other ingredients. Lord only knows what kind of sub-par ingredients go into the food. For prices you charge, you can do better than this!“

“Our family of 6 went. Po Boys were huge and tasty. Nice French fries. Red beans and rice was excellent, but not a lot of meat visible. Nice side salads and kids portion was great. Pork chops were disappointing. No Jambalaya or some other Cajun favorites. Music was just rock and pop, not Cajun or even close to Cajun, which was a missed opportunity at adding some southern ambiance. Nice decor, otherwise.“

“My husband and I tried Lolo’s for the first time on Sunday. We learned that when going to Lolo‘s, you want to put yourself on the waiting list on the app before walking in, we waited two hours to be seated although the music was great and food was mighty tasty. Definitely comfort food. I highly recommend chicken and fish mashed potatoes and collard greens were off the chain Not to mention the cornbread. I have to say the food was definitely worth the wait! We will be returning soon!“

He asked if we have ever been here before and gave the best explanation of the menu covering every thing. With the detail of where we can find the sauces. His name is Caleb. (Management should give him a raise and place him in as head trainer or Management training)
