“I went to The Henley with high expectations based on my past dining experiences with Executive Chef Patrick McElroy, which had always been strong.

During my visit in February, I ordered two petite filets, both medium rare. Unfortunately, they came out overly charred to the point of being crunchy and burnt. It was a clear miss on execution, especially for a steakhouse-level dish.

To be fair, the waitstaff and bartenders were excellent—attentive, professional, and did their job well.

After initially not receiving a response, I was later contacted by Food & Beverage Manager DeLance Woods. He handled the situation professionally, was polite, and took ownership in a way that reflects well on both the restaurant and the Hilton brand. That level of follow-up and accountability matters, and it changed my overall impression of how they handle issues“

“I recently ate here while visiting from out of town! It was the best meal I’ve had in years! The rolls were fresh and melted in my mouth! The meatloaf was amazing, able to taste every ingredient! The broccoli was steamed and perfect for my taste! The dessert was ice cream with blackberry cobbler! It was divine!!! My only bad thing was I would have enjoyed having a spoon instead! There was one waiter taking care of the front part of the restaurant that was on point the entire evening! He was very engaging with all of his patrons and kept everything clean! I can’t wait to find a location close to my home!“

“These ladies don’t play games!! I had a pickup for my coworkers of about 6 people and we are not even 7 min away. As soon as they were done ordering I went “early” to go pickup and to my surprise it was already done. They also included a huge bag for us for easy carrying out. Super thoughtful, generous, and hardworking group!“

Even though charging premium prices, all condiments on table were of the cheapest kind, loaded with toxic high fructose corn syrup and a nasty butter substitute with soybean oil and a chemical cocktail of other ingredients. Lord only knows what kind of sub-par ingredients go into the food. For prices you charge, you can do better than this!“

I ordered 2pc and casually mentioned I was referred by friends in the neighborhood and whether a thank-you or a mistake I got home with an extra chicken breast in my box, either way classy, classy and certainly worth every dime. “My husband and I tried Lolo’s for the first time on Sunday. We learned that when going to Lolo‘s, you want to put yourself on the waiting list on the app before walking in, we waited two hours to be seated although the music was great and food was mighty tasty. Definitely comfort food. I highly recommend chicken and fish mashed potatoes and collard greens were off the chain Not to mention the cornbread. I have to say the food was definitely worth the wait! We will be returning soon!“

“Wife and I wanted to try Slim Chicken, we have drove by it many times but never tried it. Went to the drive through and was greeted by the most professional person I have ever ordered from. He asked if we have ever been here before and gave the best explanation of the menu covering every thing. With the detail of where we can find the sauces. His name is Caleb. (Management should give him a raise and place him in as head trainer or Management training)
