“The food is always great. I don't understand why people don't stay and have dinner inside the restaurant. Each time I have been there I am the only one sitting down enjoying food. Most people just come and order food and leave. I hope it's full during the event nights. I will definitely continue to go back for the food, but I hope the atmosphere changes from empty to a community full of dine inside customers. The restaurant is one of the best places to eat in Fort Worth. They deserve a packed house every day.“
“On my trip from California I was looking for a great place to eat and relax. I'm SO glad I found this place! The perfectly seasoned burger and fries and the kind demeanor of Kat, my waitress, really made eating here special. Highly reccomend.“
“What can I say about this place? The food was so good I wanted to slap some body. The people or nice. I'm not from Fort Worth but if I was this would be a weekly spot for me to eat. And you might think the price is high but you will not finish your meal In one sitting. So I ate some at lunch and took the rest back to the hotel for dinner later and I still didn't finish it. Go by and check this place out it is really good.Parking: It's a parking lot with lots of spaces what more can I say.Kid-friendliness: I walked in and young kids were sitting enjoying their turkey legs.“
“Adam was our server. He was awesome. Attentive. Timely. Informative. We went for brunch on Saturday morning. Two people split everything.Drinks:Mimosa and Bloody Mary.... I didn't prefer the Bloody Mary it had a strong pickle flavor. We realized it was a better deal to buy a bottle of champagne for $46 than it was to buy $11 mimosas.Food:Biscuits 100% recommend everyone to get them.Pimento Cheese was served with a delicious bread.Fried Chicken (split between two bc it is 3 big boneless chicken thighs) was delicious. The honey sauce and the kale and apple salad are amazing.Crispy Brussel Sprouts is big enough for two servings each.Grits: was very disappointed... it was basically creamed corn. I expected much better from a southern restaurant. Especially since everything else was so good.We will ? be back.“
“This has got to be the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. Normally, you need to have bone in chicken to keep it juicy and tender. How they do it with boneless is beyond me. The flavors are just jaw dropping. So gland they also brought back gravy!I’ve been coming here since they have opened and I can tell you the quality hasn’t changed. Still top notch standards. Great place!“
“Oh My Smothering Biscuits, this place is amazing! The chicken salad is the best you’ll ever have, the fries and potatoes are perfect, the Bangin’ Burrito is on point, the desserts are delicious, and I’m sure anything else I haven’t tried is phenomenal as well! Chef Katrina is the best!“
“Not sure what's going on with the hours of operation but, the website is showing business is open. Drove all the way from Saginaw, TX. Pulled in the VACANT parking lot just to see a small hand written note stating business will be closed until January 23rd. I visited the restaurant just before Christmas and the hostess told me and other customers they would be back in full operation on January 16th. Keep in mind if you decide to eat here and you don't have any issues burning your gas driving, you may want to call ahead and that's only if they answer the phone. Food quality is very good. I will give them that.Parking: Parking lot is only big enough for 3-4 cars max . very dangerous parking out on the curbside.“
“OMG! I love this place! Amanda is the greatest, she just makes everyone feel welcome! And all the staff are super friendly. The food is phenomenal and I didn't l like chicken salad before trying it here! I literally haven't tried anything here that I didn't like! ?“
“The food was wonderful, the margaritas were tasty, but the service by Evan was outstanding. He had excellent recommendations, was very knowledgeable about the food (specially the Trout Dip - 10/10 recommend!!) and was so friendly. If we could take Evan on the road with us this whole trip through Fort Worth to be our server we would. I can’t wait to come back soon!“
“After 6yrs I found myself at Gus Chicken after attending an event nearby. I’ve come to the conclusion that this establishment sticks to their recipe. I respect that! The place has an old fashion cozy feel. I ordered the exact meal I ordered 6yrs ago and it tasted exactly the same. I’m still not a big fan of the chicken. You either like it, somewhat like it, or you don’t. The fried green tomatoes are delicious! I will go back when I have a craving for them. I enjoyed my overall meal and the staff were amazing.“
“My friends and I had lunch at Nana's Kitchen and it was a hit! The fried catfish was perfectly seasoned, the okra was crispy, and the peach cobbler was to die for. The staff was attentive, and the portion sizes were generous—we'll definitely be regulars here!“
“I didn't get any pics bc we drove from midland and were absolutely starving by the time we got our food! We just left the doctor and used yelp to find something close by. It was such a good suggestion! The menu is on a tablet on the other side of the counter by the restrooms but it's easy to use! The manager was so awesome and helpful! I got the double chicken sandwich and it was fresh and so delicious! The Mac and cheese was amazing and the pickles are soo good! The cucumber jalapeño lemonade was the perfect addition to it. For dessert we got the banana pudding and that was the perfect sweetness to finish the meal! I would definitely recommend coming here again! Fresh food and great service!“
“Affordable place to get some food and drinks in downtown Fort Worth. Wings are phenomenal, the drink pours for old fashioneds were larger than other places and the service was friendly. Also had football on so we could watch the MNF game while there.“
“Lots of chicken in the half chicken platter. Chicken is hot when received and seasoned well. Mac and cheese was fine. Okra was solid. Banana pudding was okay but a little heavy. Looking forward to trying out the sandwiches next time.Parking: Parking lot is shared with multiple businesses.“
“Michael's is the place to go on Tuesday nights for their famous Prime Rib. We'd heard a lot about it and finally got our chance to enjoy a wonderful evening here. The service was great. Our server knew all about the menu and was very helpful in answering questions. I asked for an end cut of prime rib. I really like the crispy outside, and although its usually a little more toward the medium well side, it was delicious. My hubby ordered a 12 ounce portion, medium to medium rare. It arrived perfectlycooked and nestled on a bed of the best mashed potatoes around. The gravy was hot and flavorful as well. We'll be back soon to try more of the menu items. I know we can't go wrong!“
“I will start by saying the food was all amazing! Service started out slow but got better as the evening progressed. We went for the bacon strips hanging from a rack that we saw on their website however we were sadly disappointed when we found out it is only served at brunch! Guess we will have to go back!“
“Smiling faces great food. When I asked for more lemons, it was given without any hesitation. They were out of ice at the machine but made sure they got some for customers at the back. The store was clean, a nice atmosphere.Parking: Available parking. Handicap parking available.Kid-friendliness: Great atmosphere for children and family.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessible seating“
“1st time to try this place. Sorry, but we were so hungry I forgot to take pictures of our food. Only managed to get menu. You won't be disappointed. I tried the basic chicken salad sandwich and really enjoyed it. Will definitely try the other varieties as well.“
“This was our 2nd business meeting at Cast Iron for breakfast. Amber and her team are very welcoming and attentive. This was absolutely a wonderful place and everything from the service to the food was exemplary. Thank you everyone at Cast Iron!“
“Went there shortly after it opened. It was a saturday so there were tons of people. We put our name on the waiting list so we did not have to wait that long after arriving. Our server was so friendly and took her time to explain things on the menu, even though she had a lot of tables to serve. We did have to wait a little bit for the food to come out, but that is totally normal when the place is packed. The food was delicious as always and I just love the shop in the front. Will definitely come back!“
“Was in there to celebrate my sister's birthday and was blessed by Chris and his amazing and above and beyond perfect service with a smile and our food was cooked to absolute perfection truly loved the steaks apps and those cold and refreshing flavored teas I had the strawberry tea I highly recommend this amazing place to everyone keep up the amazing work everyone.Parking: Handicap spots are amazingly close to the main entrance and quite plentiful.Kid-friendliness: I observed the staff being very respectful and helpful to both children and their parents with compassion and understandingWheelchair accessibility: As a disabled person it was very easy to enter through the main entrance and navigate the restaurant in it's entirety and bathrooms accommodate wheelchairs walkers and canes quite well“
“This was our first Cheddars experience and it was great. We each ordered the Country Fried Steak with different sides. Everything was delicious, hot, and from order to table in a timely matter. Our waitress (sorry, I forgot her name) was very friendly and did a wonderful job. But, the Honey Butter Croissants were Heavenly and sweet iced tea was just the best of all.We will be back!“
“On March 20,2024 I buried my 33 year old daughter. After the service about 30 of the people all decided to go to this Cracker Barrel. The staff was so accommodating. They got our food out fast and no one had complaints about anything! They had what seemed to be the entire staff bringing food. Even the manager (I did not get any names) I am sorry for that. But the waitress gave us all full compassion. Thank you so much for the great service with our HUGE crowd. We did not have reservations but they gave us an entire room to ourselves. We had an amazing experience. Thank you again!“
“The food is great. Really really great. The service is impeccable. (Shout out to Letty and Robert) You should go, and spend money, and tip well. These people are killing it. This should continue to be a treasured Ft. Worth Institution. Please take my money, and maybe please put the crawfish etouffee back on the menu?“
