I understand why they don’t get a lot of service. Because they don’t believe in giving people the things, they order and charge people for the things they know they didn’t put in the order.

Food is very inconsistent. Some days the chicken is fresh, hot and tasty. Other days it is not as good. I want you to like this place everytime I am craving chicken, but the inconsistency is unsettling.
