Why is it so hard to get people’s order correctly? I ask for spicy and receive regular, at least add in some spicy packets? Not the first time either, I dont know what the requirements are to work here but apparently being competent isnt one of them.

I usually order Chicken strips and a family size dirty rice. I have noticed over time the dirty rice has gotten a little soupy. Last night it was like dirty rice soup. I guess all good things must come to an end. The quality of the food has gone down hill over the years. Unfortunately $6 for Family size Dirty rice soup isn’t going to cut it. Golden chicken it was nice while it lasted but it is time for me to move on. Too expensive to not what you paid for.(Please save your response. I’ve read the responses on the other reviews. Well spent 40.00 on catfish fries rolls and corn nuggets. Corn nuggets missing no ketchup no napkins what the ..... no consideration of the customer and will not answer phone. You would have give me my food without money but yet you can steal from the customer. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!
