The night team is amazing!
I have been here 3 maybe 4 times and every single time I get home after going through the drive thru there are food items I paid for are missing. A manager or someone qualified should be placing the items out on a tray BEFORE you put them in the bag and make sure ALL items are accounted for. I'm sure there is a screen with a list of items for each order and there is a bagging station where the manager or qualified person(s) oversees that orders go out correctly and efficiently...read full review
Went inside for a McDonald’s happy meal since they are are doing the SpongeBob x One Piece… big mistake. The fries were cold. They couldn’t exchange double toys to the same person ordering and that wasn’t the worst part. The ‘main’ lady here just told me that this location of McDonald’s doesn’t do refills???? Since when????
McDonald’s you failed.

McDonald's is a well-known fast-food chain that serves fresh and tasty food. The customer service can be inconsistent, with some reports of rude staff at the drive-thru and occasional long wait times. However, the food quality is consistently good, with customers praising the flavor and speed of service.
The atmosphere at this location is casual, and the staff, while not always the most friendly, are generally attentive to customer needs. The playground at this McDonald's is a popular feature, especially for families with young children.
One notable staff member, GARY, has been praised for his exceptional customer service. During a recent visit, he went above and beyond to ensure a customer's young granddaughter was able to play in the play area, even when it was temporarily closed for cleaning. His caring and attentive approach made a lasting impression on the customers.
Overall, this McDonald's location delivers on the brand's promise of reliable fast food, with a few areas for potential improvement in customer service and friendliness.
