I have worked for McDonald’s for 8 years and this is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever gone to. Slow, do not listen, and do not make it right when they mess up. I Ordered my food through mobile app ahead of time(10:15am) for breakfast and when I go pick it up “we can’t make it because a it’s lunch time”
I went to the drive thru April 2nd around 7:40 pm.I usually go to another McDonald's but since I just dealt with a very rude staff at the near by Jack in the box I figured they'd be nicer.I was placing my order for a number 5 and I wanted spicy nuggets with it. I was not so nicely told that spicy nuggets didn't come in a meal, so before I could decide on anything else I was very rudely asked if I heard what they said. So I left and went to the McDonald's near neighborhood Walmart and guess what I got?Friendly service and my number 5 with my spicy nuggets.

The arrogant and rude treatment of the manager who apparently is always upset is God level! Today I just witnessed how he denied a doordash order to someone who was just trying to explain to him that he was only letting him know the last 4 numbers of the order he was trying to pick up... unfortunate that Macdonald keeps this unfriendly and unprofessional lady in the manager position...if I could I wouldn't give it one star... Be careful going to this place the manager could bite!!

So apparently they are not 24 hrs as I came in at 12:00am and there were several staff hanging out outside and told me as I tried to order at the speaker that they were actually CLOSED. Had to go to Jack across the street since they actually honor their hours as advertised.

I used to go to this McDonald’s all the time, it was reliably good and they rarely got my order wrong. At some point, it became the opposite. I stopped going because even when ordering on the app, and checking off “No onions”, my burgers would still have onions. Eventually I tried marking them as both “Plain” and “No onions” in the app instructions. They still had onions. This happened several times over the course of months, so it wasn’t a one time issue.I’ve finally given up, because I don’t want to go through the drive-thru twice every time to get my order fixed. I’ll give one extra star because this McDonald’s was great for a long time before going south, but I can’t recommend it in its current state.

This visit was thru drive thru so the atmosphere was kush. However do you know if you buy a meal deal you pay extra for milk!You know it's sad when the corporation constantly thinks of ways to take our money, albeit penny's at a time add up to billions in profits.
