“Our first time in. I believe the owner served us. Was a pleasant experience. Clean atmosphere, friendly customer service. Carbonated fountain drink was crisp/fresh. Ordered the chicken & waffles. Good size portion and the chicken isn’t overly breaded. Owner walked around & checked on us- offered us a sample of the next heat level up to see if we liked it for next visit. We signed up for the rewards app & the staff applied our points from receipt for us since we waited to sign up after paying. Can’t wait to try again for other flavor & menu options. Definitely will be going back. Thank you for your kind service & clean restaurant.“

“Ordered through Uber and it was awesome! Hot when it got here. Order was completely correct. The presentation looked nice and it was more food than I expected! I got the 4 slider 2 mozzarella sticks and chicken on the side deal. It was a lot! The reaper is the perfect level of spice to me. This was my first time ordering but I’ll be ordering again. 💓💓💓“

“I came to purchase dinner and I just want to share my experience, the cashier was wonderful, I’ve came more times before and had problems with getting extra sauces but this time NILEXIS was kind to give me extra without a charge! “This location was rocking it today! I arrived just before noon, the line was a bit long, not the mobile thru lane. ❤ As I was leaving, the line was spilling out into the street! The kitchen I'm sure was getting killed, but all the customer facing employees were delivering as much food to as many cars down the line as they could. Kudos to everyone at this location. You all did an amazing job!!“

“No air conditioning at theTehana Ridge Fort Worth store today. No sign on the door, no explanation. Customer ahead of me in line said the a/c was out last week as well. Very disappointed-I always enjoyed in store dining here. The kitchen obviously had electricity- we could see lights. And the refrigerator was cold.“

He even came and checked back in to make sure we were enjoying our meal. So personable and an absolute gem to talk with. I haven’t had such a pleasant experience at a fast food restaurant in forever. “Pulled up randomly to see what this place was about & were pleasantly surprised! Generous portions of food for the price for sure. The fish was very well seasoned & needed no sauce to help it, the chicken was also well seasoned (more than Lisa’s). The wings weren’t anything special & we really just got them because we didn’t see any wing reviews. I can say we will be back for the strips & fish tho! 7/10 for sure🔥🔥🔥“

“I stopped in just because I was craving Fried Chicken and Seafood at the same time. Although the outside can be sort of in the hood if you would (came with a work truck with a long trailer and I had to park far away a couple cars were circling and pretty sure they were up to nefarious things but that is besides the point.) I asked for recommendations from the lady and she strictly told me everything is good and cooked fresh so she recommended the entire menu I ended up going with the fried rice and a combo that came with fried chicken, fried shrimp, and fried fish. It was AMAZING!!!!! The flavor was something I haven't had in forever, most places are good but they don't keep you craving and hoping you go back weeks at a time. This was also the first time that I actually found a cocktail sauce that I did not find to be overpowered by horseradish and it was a complete game changer for me. Only bummer it's about 2 hours from where I live but if I get the opportunity I am most definitely stopping by again.“

“This location is fast, friendly, and has generally good food. It isn't 5 stars mostly because the drive thru experience could be better as lines wrap around the building and the packaging can cause soggy food after a 15 minute ride home. Recommend dining in if possible.“

“Wife and I wanted to try Slim Chicken, we have drove by it many times but never tried it. Went to the drive through and was greeted by the most professional person I have ever ordered from. He asked if we have ever been here before and gave the best explanation of the menu covering every thing. With the detail of where we can find the sauces. His name is Caleb. (Management should give him a raise and place him in as head trainer or Management training)

“Chicken is cooked and seasoned perfectly..crazy that we have so many chicken places in wylie and not a single one is any good(even the cowboy chicken that they are in lol)..until now! “I love this chicken. If there is a Gus's in a city I visit, I will go there. It has a little kick to it that I love. Batter is a thin crispy style that I don't find often. Fried pickles are a favorite and I never pass on greens. I have been to 5 or6 Gus's and found the chicken to be the same awesome product.“
