“I am writing this show extreme appreciation for Jesus. Jesus was phenomenal and had awesome customer service! He was very attentive and provided my complex order with ease.
I am extremely proud Jesus. I know that no matter if he chooses to study business administration, English major to be a lawyer, or Architecture as a major in the near future, he will be successful! I know he is going to have an amazing semester this Fall 2024 and he will pass all 4 of his classes with flying colors!
Food
The food here was extremely fresh and was cooked to order. The order was perfect and tasty.
Overall:
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant and I'm thankful for Jesus and all his help.

“Our first time in. I believe the owner served us. Was a pleasant experience. Clean atmosphere, friendly customer service. Carbonated fountain drink was crisp/fresh. Ordered the chicken & waffles. Good size portion and the chicken isn’t overly breaded. Owner walked around & checked on us- offered us a sample of the next heat level up to see if we liked it for next visit. We signed up for the rewards app & the staff applied our points from receipt for us since we waited to sign up after paying. Can’t wait to try again for other flavor & menu options. Definitely will be going back. Thank you for your kind service & clean restaurant.“

“I came here to brag about the staff working on 1-30-24 @7pm. we live in Granbury and our chickfila is currently closed so we stopped in Benbrook on our way to Ft Worth. From the sweet girl who took our order to the drive through window team, all were happy and friendly. Having fun at work and getting the job done! “No air conditioning at theTehana Ridge Fort Worth store today. No sign on the door, no explanation. Customer ahead of me in line said the a/c was out last week as well. Very disappointed-I always enjoyed in store dining here. The kitchen obviously had electricity- we could see lights. And the refrigerator was cold.“

“We had the pleasure of being served by Mondo (or Mando, I believe)! I was visiting Fort Worth from London, and he kindly asked if I was from Europe. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel so welcome. The rest of the staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food was amazing. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’ll definitely be back!“

“If the world took every single aspect of what a customer experiences at this location, and all locations I’ve ever been to. Just indoctrinate all of society to treat all people with the “can do it” attitude that is so prevalent it’s palpable. I am always amazed when it happens, whether you walk inside or as you roll down your window to a smiling face. “I love this chicken. If there is a Gus's in a city I visit, I will go there. It has a little kick to it that I love. Batter is a thin crispy style that I don't find often. Fried pickles are a favorite and I never pass on greens. I have been to 5 or6 Gus's and found the chicken to be the same awesome product.“

“July 4th I had a great experience with the food and the service the staff were polite and did a good job. However, I’ve noticed that during my everyday evening visits, there is consistently no general manager on duty, leaving only two young employees to run the entire place manager and staff which While the staff works hard, it feels like they are being left without the support It is concerning to see only two young people left to handle the entire operation on their own without any experienced leadership on-site. It would be much better for the business and for the staff themselves to have a more experienced adult present to provide guidance and support. I hope to see a leadership supervision they need. It would be much better to see a stronger general management presence on the floor to support the team and ensure things run smoothly. I hope to see more consistent leadership.“

The food never disappoints, and the service is always friendly and welcoming.
