“I came here tonight about an hour before closing and I have to admit the costumer service was wonderful, I got all my sauces and the chicken was so fresh which usually does not happen in other places before closing hours! I definitely recommend the spicy chicken and the red beans and rice.“

“Amazing service! Fast friendly clean and wonderful service. We came in right as they were closing. Y’all have to understand we had been in line at the Fort Worth stock show for nine hours. They kept the registers open. They took a massive order. They got it all right my kids who are exhausted are now going to bed full and happy and mom and dad are blown away by the amazing service. If you’re ever in Fort Worth check this place out you won’t go wrong.“

“Our first time in. I believe the owner served us. Was a pleasant experience. Clean atmosphere, friendly customer service. Carbonated fountain drink was crisp/fresh. Ordered the chicken & waffles. Good size portion and the chicken isn’t overly breaded. Owner walked around & checked on us- offered us a sample of the next heat level up to see if we liked it for next visit. We signed up for the rewards app & the staff applied our points from receipt for us since we waited to sign up after paying. Can’t wait to try again for other flavor & menu options. Definitely will be going back. Thank you for your kind service & clean restaurant.“

“I came here to brag about the staff working on 1-30-24 @7pm. we live in Granbury and our chickfila is currently closed so we stopped in Benbrook on our way to Ft Worth. From the sweet girl who took our order to the drive through window team, all were happy and friendly. Having fun at work and getting the job done! Mgmnt team must be doing something right. such a pleasure to see smiling faces,laughter and getting the order right! well done 👏“

“Lisa’s Chicken & Seafood is a very blessed restaurant in my opinion. Manager and Staff are very hard working people. Food is delicious and cooked fresh. Reasonable prices. They are willing to cook items fresh when requested without getting a bad attitude. Consistently friendly service. Large portion sizes. Follows dietary cleanliness and food handling practices correctly. I am impressed. Many blessings to this business because the food is obviously made with love.“

“Counter order self serve drinks and a compact menu with tasty, consistent, chicken salad recipes. 8 or 9 flavors from savory to sweet and lots in between. Meals come with a pickel spear and a buttercreme frosted cookie.
It's my favorite chicken salad sandwich place. My wife gets the 2-scoop plates and shares with me too.

“No air conditioning at theTehana Ridge Fort Worth store today. No sign on the door, no explanation. Customer ahead of me in line said the a/c was out last week as well. Very disappointed-I always enjoyed in store dining here. The kitchen obviously had electricity- we could see lights. And the refrigerator was cold.“

“We had the pleasure of being served by Mondo (or Mando, I believe)! I was visiting Fort Worth from London, and he kindly asked if I was from Europe. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel so welcome. The rest of the staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food was amazing. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’ll definitely be back!“

“Today August 27th at around 5:15 pm I received my curbside order, I want to congratulate Santiago he went above and beyond at his job, great customer service, he was very professional. I pray he stays blessed. He made our chick fil a experience wonderful for my autistic daughter and our family she’s wanting to be more independent and wants to take orders and pick up orders and Santiago was extremely nice to here and helped her because it was a big order. I appreciated it so much.“

“First time trying this place. The pricing is not that bad at all i got alot of food and couldnt even finish it. The fried chicken was ok and had a little flavor to it I got half and half and was missing a piece of chicken. The tortillas was not cooked. The empanadas was eh and i was missing one. I really wanted to try the Yuca fries. But accidently ordered the cheese bacon fries. The horchata was really good. I might go back and give it a second chance for the yuca fries but missing major items that I paid for is unacceptable. And I was parked even though there was nobody behind me at the drive thru.
Update: I decided to give it a second chance and my experience was alot better this time around. Maybe it was a bad day when I went but today Everything i ordered was in the bag and even got extra sauces and I did not get parked the food was ready right when I got to the window and The food was alot better and the yuca bacon cheese fries was great something new and different i liked it.“

“I have been going to this location for months. And I always see one guy working diligently. Today I asked for the guys name. I applaud Elijah Rabb. For all that he does. Even when the managers are moving slowly in in the kitchen. One day Elijah is on the register. Next in the kitchen. Some days standing outside taking orders. Taking out trash. He does a managers job. And deserve better pay.“

“I love this chicken. If there is a Gus's in a city I visit, I will go there. It has a little kick to it that I love. Batter is a thin crispy style that I don't find often. Fried pickles are a favorite and I never pass on greens. I have been to 5 or6 Gus's and found the chicken to be the same awesome product.“
