“I ordered a meal along with a kids meal that came with the juice pouch. At the time of receiving my drinks, I was not given the juice pouch, and I was instructed to park in front of the door on the other side because I guess there was a delay, I didn’t question her about the juice box because I figured it would be in my bag when I got the kids meal, but it wasn’t there. I now make it a habit to always check my order before I leave, because mistakes do happen. Well they forgot the juice pouch, I honestly feel awkward having to go back and ask for my missing items, because the most recent time staff (at a different fast food joint) treated me like I was lying. But the manager here was nice about it and she gave me a juice. It’s still the little things that like that matter to me because I’m honest about what I’m missing. I don’t understand why people would always assume all people are lying. But this manager if she thought that she didn’t let me feel it. I hope she did check her cameras to make sure I wasn’t lying.“

As I'm ordering the cashier is very kind and respectful listening to my every word. The cooks are really fast but they don't rush their special craft aka the masterpiece we call Popeyes chicken. “Ordered pollo endiablado and half a pound of carne asada. Food was very flavorful, tortillas were very fresh and not hard. They give you half an onion with your dish which I love because I usually end up ordering extra grilled onion. But that was more than enough to fill me up! The charro beans were me favorite side. Full of flavor that included sausage, jalapeños and beans. Will definitely be coming back.“

“Food here was great ? , I would have given the food 5 stars ? but it was just a bit dry and powdery due to the dry rub that they used for the Cauli Slider.We ordered the Cauli Daves #4: 1 Cauli Slider with FriesAnd let me tell yall, for it being a deep-fried cauliflower and it being made the reaper. “The batter is very unique and has a spice to it making the taste unique. Tried the fried chicken and tenders. Tenders were very large and full filling making them a higher quality than other chicken tenders. The cole slaw has a sweet and addictive taste. Macaroni is outstanding. Definitely a unique style of fried chicken and would recommend to anyone looking for a new lunch/dinner spot.Parking: Parked in nearby neighborhoods. Small parking lot behind the restaurant that's first come first serve.“

“My discrepancy is not their fault, but about a week after Biden took office, gas prices went up, and this caused the prices of their chicken to go up a lot. Also, all of the great deals they used to have stopped. Fortunately, the quality of the food did not change, and this is what forces me to still buy the food. Maybe one day, when gas prices decrease, the cost of chicken will too. They are not the only ones who did this to their customers. Oh well.“

“Love going to chicken salad chick when I want something light and chill. I have had a bunch of their different flavors and don't think I've had a bad one yet! Whether you get a scoop, sandwich, or soup with your combo you can't go wrong! My only complaint is I wish they were better at getting the cracker ratio just right lol“

“I have been a loyal customer for over 13 years, and the fried chicken and fries fish is really good. I can see the prices going up but still happy to pay the money because the quality is still good. This fish is better than most places, including Papadeux .Most of the locations are not nice fancy or nice, but give them a try ,you won't regret it.“

“I don't know why it took us so long to try Chicken Salad Chick. There are so many selections and so much seating available that it's perfect for a lunch location. My go-to has been the BLT on toasted wheat with a scoop of the kicking kay lynne and a side of soup or Mac and cheese.We also grabbed the pre-packed chicken salad as meal prep through the week as well and tried other flavors that, of course, were delicious.Go and try them out, you won't regret it.“

“One of the great chicken chains in Ft Worth. If you're looking for some great tasting chicken or catfish at unbelievable prices this is the place. They also have one of the most complete beverage offerings around. You name it they've got it. There usually aren't any tables, strictly takeout, and the size of the chicken pieces are what I call normal, not like the enormous ones at other chains, but you can't bet the price, taste or quantity at Lisa's. I always stop by for lunch if I'm in the neighborhood.“

“I went there for the first time because of the reviews. I ordered shrimp fried rice, a leg, wing and combo meal, and a 3 piece chicken tender meal. I must say food was just as delicious as the reviews said. However, they don’t get 5 stars because they did not include my cheesecake. I got that as a treat because I hardly get desserts, only to get home and it was not in the bag. Plus, why must I pay for something and not get it? Please check your food before you leave.“
