“I am writing this show extreme appreciation for Jesus. Jesus was phenomenal and had awesome customer service! He was very attentive and provided my complex order with ease.

I am extremely proud Jesus. I know that no matter if he chooses to study business administration, English major to be a lawyer, or Architecture as a major in the near future, he will be successful! I know he is going to have an amazing semester this Fall 2024 and he will pass all 4 of his classes with flying colors!

Good size portion and the chicken isn’t overly breaded. Owner walked around & checked on us- offered us a sample of the next heat level up to see if we liked it for next visit. We signed up for the rewards app & the staff applied our points from receipt for us since we waited to sign up after paying. Can’t wait to try again for other flavor & menu options. “We stopped in for a quick bite and were greeted right away, which was a great start. Our server was on point and friendly, efficient, and quick with our drinks and food order. My husband wasn't thrilled with his meal. He said the fries were cold and a bit stale, and the shrimp tasted like it had been previously frozen and was rubbery. The fish, however, was decent and cooked well. I, on the other hand, really enjoyed my Shroom burger with a vegan patty. The bun was soft and delicious. Everything came out promptly, and overall, I thought it was a solid experience. Even though my husband's meal wasn't good to him, we both agreed it's worth him giving another shot. And honestly, I'll be back... with or without him! I love water so being on the lake was nice. And the interior definitely feels like a a restaurant ups find on any lake. Love it.“

“Toppers never, ever misses for me. The food is always incredible. I absolutely recommend ordering from their website and using their deals: you can save a TON of money by doing that. If you don’t live very close, you will need to pick it up. I live around 10 minutes away and am outside their delivery driver zone— it is VERY local to the TCU area.

There is a wonderful lady who works here who knows me by name and always greets me and asks how I’ve been. She also started a community board where local businesses can post flyers and business cards.

It being open until 3am is massively helpful, particularly as a late-night Uber driver who occasionally forgets to go grocery shopping and needs a quick meal for cheap. I regularly recommend it to passengers who are visiting town and ask me about places to eat, and sometimes they even change their destination to here!

Parking can be a bit challenging, due to no fault of their own. Out front is usually full during the day, but you can park in the Subway parking lot or at the bottom of the staircase and go in!

“My daughter and her family went to dinner today 03,12,24. The American manager treated them really bad, she made them wait 40 minutes with empty tables, she yelled at my daughter several times and my granddaughters witnessed everything, they started crying, my daughter was in shock and trembling because I didn't know why I treated them like that, the manager treated everyone who came very kindly except my daughter and her family, in the end she kicked them out of the restaurant for no reason, I am very angry about this incident, how sad that There are people like that in this world, I hope they fire her for being so rude, we will never set foot in that restaurant again because they are racists who don't know how to work and are worthless“

Not much to say about the environment it’s set up mainly for pick ups they do have a couple of tables if you’d like to dine in. In which My son and I did. We got individual size pizzas. And I got to say they were delicious! The ingredients were fresh the crust was perfectly cooked and had a good amount of cheese on it not chintzy. Overall I really enjoyed our visit. When we walked in this evening, both cashiers greeted us with a smile, one was wiping down the soda station, restocking supplies and the other pulling to-go orders. “I can’t believe this happened to us tonight at OUR favorite place…. Prior to celebrating my daughter’s 17th birthday, I checked your app specifically to join a waitlist, as this is her favorite restaurant. The app clearly showed no waitlist available. To confirm, I also called the Alamo Ranch location and was explicitly told there was no wait. Upon arrival, however, we were informed the wait time was over an hour, directly contradicting both the app and the information provided by staff. We then drove to the Landmark location, again under the impression that there was no wait. After arriving to check in a party of eight, we were told there would be another hour-long wait. This resulted in more than an hour and a half wasted driving between locations, based entirely on inaccurate and misleading information. This experience was unacceptable, unprofessional, and completely avoidable. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, and I have never encountered this level of incompetence, especially during what was meant to be a meaningful celebration for my daughter. Instead, the evening was ruined due to misinformation and poor communication at both locations. If your app cannot accurately reflect wait times or waitlist availability, it should not be relied upon at all. Either restore the ability to book through Yelp or immediately fix the functionality of your application. The current system is misleading customers and wasting their time. This experience left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I will be sharing this incident publicly to reflect the unprofessionalism and poor customer service we received unless corrective action is taken. At a minimum, this issue deserves acknowledgment and a clear explanation of how it will be addressed moving forward.“

“One of the best customer service I've received! I ordered using the app and had to call to delay my pizza because I would arrive late. They did so easily and when I came in the pizza was perfectly timed and came out exactly as I asked (with extra sauce). The place is modern and very clean and upscale.
