“Our first time in. I believe the owner served us. Was a pleasant experience. Clean atmosphere, friendly customer service. Carbonated fountain drink was crisp/fresh. Ordered the chicken & waffles. Good size portion and the chicken isn’t overly breaded. Owner walked around & checked on us- offered us a sample of the next heat level up to see if we liked it for next visit. We signed up for the rewards app & the staff applied our points from receipt for us since we waited to sign up after paying. Can’t wait to try again for other flavor & menu options. A quick jaunt south into East Ft. Worth to a tiny powerhouse on wheels is where I found 2020 Wings.

I grew up in anject poverty so I learned to appreciate every component that goes into the food, and I try hard to support great family businesses such as you'll find on food trucks/trailers.

Service was excellent. Orders aee made fresh while you wait, nothing sitting under heat lamps. Please check my pictures.

I'm a fry snob because I'm a pretty great home chef myself, and my fries are multi step hand cuts, brined, trice fried, seasoned. These fries are on my level if nit above. I started with them and almost forgot I had wings.

The wings. Oh boy the wings! Perfectly fried, then seasoned respectfully. I mean, the lemon pepper had a slight tart zing from actual lemon flavor. The garlic parm wings were given a healthy dose of Parmigiano, and the right amount of garlic, garlic lovers will appreciate.

They even had orange Fanta in the long neck. Nice touch. One thing was amiss... Rolls. A buttery Hawaiian roll, or a dinner roll of some sort would be an awesome touch to cut through the fried food delight. Nothing elaborate, but a soft yeasty roll was needed.

Prices were pretty danged reasonable given the cost of wings has skyrocketed. I appreciate they aren't gouging, and are true to making quality grub.

“We stopped in for a quick bite and were greeted right away, which was a great start. Our server was on point and friendly, efficient, and quick with our drinks and food order. My husband wasn't thrilled with his meal. He said the fries were cold and a bit stale, and the shrimp tasted like it had been previously frozen and was rubbery. The fish, however, was decent and cooked well. I, on the other hand, really enjoyed my Shroom burger with a vegan patty. The bun was soft and delicious. Everything came out promptly, and overall, I thought it was a solid experience. Even though my husband's meal wasn't good to him, we both agreed it's worth him giving another shot. And honestly, I'll be back... with or without him! I love water so being on the lake was nice. And the interior definitely feels like a a restaurant ups find on any lake. Love it.“

“Toppers never, ever misses for me. The food is always incredible. I absolutely recommend ordering from their website and using their deals: you can save a TON of money by doing that. If you don’t live very close, you will need to pick it up. I live around 10 minutes away and am outside their delivery driver zone— it is VERY local to the TCU area.

There is a wonderful lady who works here who knows me by name and always greets me and asks how I’ve been. She also started a community board where local businesses can post flyers and business cards.

It being open until 3am is massively helpful, particularly as a late-night Uber driver who occasionally forgets to go grocery shopping and needs a quick meal for cheap. I regularly recommend it to passengers who are visiting town and ask me about places to eat, and sometimes they even change their destination to here!

Parking can be a bit challenging, due to no fault of their own. Out front is usually full during the day, but you can park in the Subway parking lot or at the bottom of the staircase and go in!

“I can’t believe this happened to us tonight at OUR favorite place…. Prior to celebrating my daughter’s 17th birthday, I checked your app specifically to join a waitlist, as this is her favorite restaurant. The app clearly showed no waitlist available. To confirm, I also called the Alamo Ranch location and was explicitly told there was no wait. Upon arrival, however, we were informed the wait time was over an hour, directly contradicting both the app and the information provided by staff. We then drove to the Landmark location, again under the impression that there was no wait. After arriving to check in a party of eight, we were told there would be another hour-long wait. This resulted in more than an hour and a half wasted driving between locations, based entirely on inaccurate and misleading information. This experience was unacceptable, unprofessional, and completely avoidable. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, and I have never encountered this level of incompetence, especially during what was meant to be a meaningful celebration for my daughter. Instead, the evening was ruined due to misinformation and poor communication at both locations. If your app cannot accurately reflect wait times or waitlist availability, it should not be relied upon at all. Either restore the ability to book through Yelp or immediately fix the functionality of your application. The current system is misleading customers and wasting their time. This experience left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I will be sharing this incident publicly to reflect the unprofessionalism and poor customer service we received unless corrective action is taken. At a minimum, this issue deserves acknowledgment and a clear explanation of how it will be addressed moving forward.“

“One of the best customer service I've received! I ordered using the app and had to call to delay my pizza because I would arrive late. They did so easily and when I came in the pizza was perfectly timed and came out exactly as I asked (with extra sauce). The place is modern and very clean and upscale. Hats off to the staff who are always super friendly and always offer plates and napkins for the office crew. So glad I went out of my way just to have my thin crust!! Try Alfredo Sauce, hot Italian sausage, onions and extra 3 cheese thin crust cooked well done, I can eat this everyday!!!“
