I got the half chicken lunch special. For $11 I got chicken with a cup of charro bean and a cup of rice and tortillas.When I walked in I thought, this is either going to be really good or really bad. The had a big rotisserie open oven. It looks like they use wood for the fire.But the place isn't very clean. The bathrooms were TERRIBLE! With a dying cockroach twitching on the floor.The chicken was good. I didn't like the sides. Rice was very garlicky.
It's a hit or miss for me. The flavor is always on point but I like the skin crispy. Sometimes I come here it's good and tender the next it's really try feels like old chicken. The ribs are really good me and my pops got them he loves them. But one time they gave me small pieces of the costillas and most of them were dry and old nearly chocked to death.
