Customer service was excellent food was delicious
I ordered a classic philly cheesesteak and the wait wasn’t long at all. Customer service was top tier and my philly cheesesteak was delicious!!! I’m 2/2 with this location now, they’re making me a regular lol

Charleys Cheesesteaks is known for great customer service and polite employees who go out of their way to make sure customers have a good time. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and professional, with one customer noting they were greeted by a human being and had an actual conversation. Another reviewer mentioned the person at the front was very helpful in choosing what to order, and the food is "boom." The staff also helped when a coupon would not scan, comping the fries and drink to make the order right. The sandwiches are delicious and hot, with one customer highly recommending the burritos too. However, one takeout order took 20 minutes to prepare, and the bag was missing two purchased fries. Despite this, the sandwiches are really good, and customers will definitely come back for their "Charley’s" fix.
