I pray he stays blessed. He made our chick fil a experience wonderful for my autistic daughter and our family she’s wanting to be more independent and wants to take orders and pick up orders and Santiago was extremely nice to here and helped her because it was a big order. I appreciated it so much.“

“Last night tries to order in drive thru at 9:30 p.m. and was told they were closed yet they had just taken the order from the car in front of me. The website states they close at 10 p.m. not 9:30p.m. 2 other cars had lines up behind me and we were all turned away due to employees who think they get to decide the company's hours of operation.“

“The men working today 5/8 around 11:45 am/12 were absolutely wonderful! Adam was the only name I was able to see the name tag for as he assisted us with our initial order at the cash register, but all the guys working were great! Adam even came to wipe off our table when he noticed it hadn’t been wiped down yet. Although we were already sitting there and didn’t even notice, I just thought that was especially diligent of him and so kind. All of the guys working were busy doing something at all times while we ate there, but I observed they are running a smooth operation together. Despite the business of to-go order pick ups and back to back orders/customers, they maintained their kindness and friendliness! Thank you all for a great lunch. :)“

“Just went back to Chicken Express, and wow, it’s seriously very good! Their chicken is always spot on super crispy and juicy, exactly what you want. And those corn nuggets? They're amazing, perfectly sweet and savory. I could probably eat a whole basket of them myself! And don’t get me started on the great customer service. Like, today, Andrea was working, and she is super friendly and quick. She always makes sure you feel welcome and get your order right, which just makes the whole experience even better. It's definitely my go to place for awesome food and a good vibe.“

“I come here every now and then but today I ended up stopping by twice once for my mom and then for myself. I never got the guys name but he’s about 6ft and has glasses his attitude and work ethic was amazing!!! He wasn’t dull and loved making small talk with him I never pay attention that much when it comes to the workers attitudes because I’ve been in their shoes but he definitely made my experience very pleasing thank you for making my day.“
