“My daughter and her family went to dinner today 03,12,24. The American manager treated them really bad, she made them wait 40 minutes with empty tables, she yelled at my daughter several times and my granddaughters witnessed everything, they started crying, my daughter was in shock and trembling because I didn't know why I treated them like that, the manager treated everyone who came very kindly except my daughter and her family, in the end she kicked them out of the restaurant for no reason, I am very angry about this incident, how sad that There are people like that in this world, I hope they fire her for being so rude, we will never set foot in that restaurant again because they are racists who don't know how to work and are worthless“

“Rebecca was amazing. She was super nice in the drive thru comm. When we pulled up to the window to be greeted she was a ray of sunshine. She counted everything in the mobile order and made sure everything was in its place.

“The drive through is a bit tight but okay for a small vehicle.
The service was fair but not so cheerful
The food was fine except I didn't get napkins and straws for drinks It wasn't really the best day for feeling welcome that evening. It was busy so I understand.“

“A couple weeks ago our church youth group was doing community service and we ate at the Azle Whataburger every day Monday through Friday. There were 21 of us and the order was as 100% and in a timely manner. The staff there is incredibly helpful and friendly.“

“BE AWARE!!! Michael has the best customer service ever. I am afraid that I have to come back to this place regularly just to experience his great customer service. Meeting him made mine and my husbands whole weekend. There also was another gentleman who took our order but I didn’t catch his name, he had tattoos and they tag teamed our order like nothing I’ve ever seen. My sandwich was made before I even paid! We need more people like these two gentleman in customer service roles. I will be back and sooner than I would’ve just for them. Hands down no questions asked best customer service I’ve experienced in not only Azle, but probably Texas as a whole.“

“Night crew!!! Why such skimpy portions on the tacos? It’s been bad for about 6 months. Never have we been disappointed with our meal during lunch hours. If I didn’t live so far away, I’d have returned this and visited with the Manager.“
