It’s chick Fil a, is it ever going to be bad?
Food was good, but on this day, the service was not that fast. That's kind of unusual for chick. Fil a normally, they're pretty quick on the drive through.
Avoid ordering in person, just order online. Customer service/experience is very poor, what an average experience. I’m new to this area and have never heard of a mobile only line. I came to redeem my birthday reward. There was only one other car in the drive thru so I pull into the other lane. I tried to call over the second outside cashier but he was obviously ignoring me. Chick-fil-A offers good food, though experiences vary. Some customers report that service is not always fast, which can be unusual since the drive through is normally pretty quick. One customer found the customer service and experience very poor and average, recommending ordering online instead of in person. This person, new to the area, tried to redeem a birthday reward and was told the line was mobile order only, then had to circle the parking lot again, with no birthday wishes or explanation. The drink was yummy, but customer service was poor.
Another customer ordered on the app and appreciated the separate drive thru line, noting plenty of space for 2 drive thru lines and a covered door area. The market salad was delicious and fresh, the staff was very nice, and service was quick. However, wait times can take a long time even with orders placed ahead of time, causing delays. One worker showed great kindness in the drive thru, offering to pay for a customer's food out of his own money. Another stop was fast, with hot and good food, awesome lemonade, though the normal window experience was missed.
