We came to this Taco Bell and dined in tonight and had a wonderful experience, Chris was so nice. We usually avoid the location in Springtown because everyone here is so nice and welcoming and remembers us and tonight's experience was validation of why we come to this one not Springtown.
Food is good but unfortunately when ordering in the app or in person they rarely get my order correct. Typically it's not removing one sauce and putting requested sauce or ingredients on items.
The employees here work hard to make sure your food comes out quickly and Accurately. However the manager with the black hair in a bun has a horribly nasty attitude & is so disrespectful to her staff. Belittling them in front of customers is so rude & unprofessional. She should not be a manager.

Taco Bell provides exceptional customer service, with friendly and quick staff. Although the service was fair at times, the staff is generally accurate and deserves high praise. The food is absolutely amazing, but there have been some issues, such as missing napkins and straws. The location is well-maintained, and it has been recently remodeled, although some customers preferred the old layout. The drive-through is curved and a bit tight, but it's manageable for small vehicles. This Taco Bell offers Diet Dr. Pepper, a bonus for many customers. Despite some challenges, like difficulty with the ordering terminal and occasional communication issues with staff, the dining experience remains enjoyable, especially for families with kids.
