Amazing staff here. Working so hard to keep up with the order flow. Babett is incredible to say the least.
Had an excellent experience at Papa John’s tonight. I placed an order online and realized it was gonna be too early so I called and they were able to stop production of the pizzas and just held off on making it until I needed them. When I arrived at the store to pick them up one pizza was still in production, and it had not gone through the oven yet. The manager once again was extremely gracious and offered a free dessert for my wait and inconvenience.
Sandy and Tracy are very valued assets to this store location! They went above and beyond and the food is deliciously better than any domino's or pizza hut around here! Sandy and Tracy, we thank you both for being the best part of the Azle store and Papa Johns!

Papa Johns Pizza is a popular eatery that offers a range of options, including the New York style pepperoni pizza. While customers have reported some issues with ordering, such as receiving a cheese pizza with pineapple instead of the expected pepperoni topping, the restaurant has shown commitment to customer satisfaction. They remake orders when mistakes occur and deliver pizzas promptly. The staff has been described as kind and helpful, with one delivery driver being noted as very kind, nice, and pleasant. The food has been praised for its taste, with the "Stuff Crust" pizza being a particular favorite. Additionally, the restaurant has been generous, providing a new pizza box for a customer's cat who has a special attachment to them. Overall, the experience at Papa Johns Pizza is often enjoyable, with hot pizzas and friendly service.
