Little Caesars Reviews
we ordered for delivery, our driver only gave us one out of nine items and it was burnt. So my husband drove to the store to resolve this and get our food. The csr helping him did not care and rudely told him, "we're not going to refund you and we're not going to remake your order." as a former little caesars employee, I'm extremely angry that this is how she handled our issue. She should be fired and that store should be watched closely to monitor quality or be shut down. This...read full review

Little Caesars Pizza is a restaurant known for its thin crust pizza and Chicago-style pizza. The pizza chef takes pride in making a delicious Italian sausage pizza, and those in Texas can enjoy the same taste by ordering from Little Caesars. Recently, customer service has improved, with guests praising employees for their friendliness and helpfulness. One customer highlighted an employee named E for her amazing service, making the experience enjoyable. Another customer mentioned a girl with colored hair who was very sweet and got their food out quickly. However, the restaurant has been criticized for its lack of seating and reported incidents of rudeness towards customers who do not use the app to order. The shopping mall parking lot where the restaurant is located can also be difficult to navigate. Despite these issues, the workers at Little Caesars are praised for their hard work and dedication to ensuring each pizza is made to perfection. It is important to remember that they are people, often high school students or adults, trying to do their best in a fast-paced work environment.
