They definitely need some kind of change. There was no pizza in the hot and ready area. None in the pizza portals and when I ordered it was supposed to be ready 30min and when I got there they still had not even put it in the oven. The puffs we ordered were overdone and different sizes. They acted like they didn't care. Everyone that we saw come in was pissed.

I can't even begin to tell how slow this location is. They literally have a sing in big letters that says "HOT AND READY ZONE!" but it's always empty!!! We ordered online over an hour ago and still no food! After many times ordering from here and no matter how we try and speed the process up an hour+ is your wait time guaranteed!?? ??

I spent over $30 on my food and the entire order was wrong. When I called the lady on the phone couldn’t even do anything for me. She sent me to another number and ive been on hold for over 15 minutes.

Went in to get a hot and ready, found people waiting against the walls. I saw Timothy going back and forth cutting pizzas and putting orders together, another guy wearing a back brace looked like the was running pizzas to the oven, and multiple people in the back talking. Not one person checked the front for the 5-10 mins I was there to see if anyone new had walked in to make an order or anything. They were in the back talking and joking around. Even the people standing said they'd been joking around in the back for a good 20 plus mins. Worked too many restaurant jobs to know you constantly check the front for anyone and they didn't. Beyond disappointed, simply walked out not ordering anything. Respect to Timothy for working and getting orders put together and sent out.

They need more help in the lobby, I have been waiting since 7:21 PM and never had to wait this long before. Then as I’m in there patiently waiting I noticed they put signs on the window that said lobby closed, this sucks. This is the only Little Cesars in Azle and our community cannot even stop by and get a pizza as a walk in. Management seriously needs to address this. When I got my pizza after waiting an hour, it was cold! What a waste of time and money. Super bummed. Hopefully y’all get more help in here soon! We love pizza !
