“Went there today 10/24/2024 at noon, with my elderly mother and the lady working the counter was super-nice and helpful. She took care of me and my Mom like we were family. She sets the gold standard for customer service. The food is pretty good, but the service here, today was absolutely outstanding. Thank you.“

“I have never in my life been to a Mcdonald's and received such amazing customer service as I did tonight at the location in Springtown. Everyone was super professional and courteous. The young man who handed me our food actually stood there while I looked in the bag to make sure there was nothing else we needed. NEVER happens at most locations. Often times the bag is almost thrown at you and window slammed before you have a chance to say anything. Kudos to the hiring and training team and outstanding staff. I was impressed!! Go Springtown. Maybe we are just nicer people.😁“

“Five stars for the customer service tonight. My teenage son and his friend put in an order and messed it up a bit. They fixed his pizza for free even though it wasn’t their fault!“

“My son loves Taco Bell, it’s his favorite fast food place, so I have been to more locations than I would like lol but this one is the best we’ve been to in a long time! First off they actually have someone at the front to take your order; you don’t have to use the kiosk! The young blonde girl at the front was very sweet, my son’s modified order was 100% correct, it came out super quickly. The staff was cleaning the entire time we were there, scrubbing, sweeping, it was already spotless but they kept cleaning! Cleanest Taco Bell I’ve been to probably ever. All the employees made eye contact and smiled, it was a very friendly environment. I very much appreciated the happy, kind employees and the good service!!“

“I love Subway and they make decent sandwiches but this place is mediocre. The service is super slow and the employees just stand there staring at the oven or register while you wait to be helped for five minutes with a line practically out the door. They also don't seem very happy, but I won't judge them for that since you get the service you pay for.“

“Okay so don’t get my started on how fast my food was served. The only reason I have atmosphere as a 4 is because it’s part of a gas station. This place in Springtown deserves its own stand alone building. Arianna (Oreo) was the one who served my food for me and took my order she was very welcoming and has a great smile. The manager wasn’t supposed to be clocked in yet but still helped out I asked his name and he said he wasn’t on the clock so he couldn’t tell me his name but he was nice and helped me decide on what food I was going to order. Just to show you how good the food is I have a mozzerella stick left because I was to full to Finnish it“
