“Five stars for the customer service tonight. My teenage son and his friend put in an order and messed it up a bit. They fixed his pizza for free even though it wasn’t their fault!“

“Just went for my first time to Charley’s, as they just had their reopening. I just got a regular Philly Cheesesteak and my sandwich was hot and delicious. The ultimate fries are a large portion, good value and taste for them. Also got a cone for $1. They were out of cones but put the ice cream in cups. They didn’t tell me till they had already made them. I would’ve liked to have known first but still ice cream was good especially for just a buck. Will be coming back again. Did not order the fat burrito this time but read what was on it and that thing is packed full and huge for 1099 will definitely be getting that next time to try. 😁😁“

“My daughter and her family went to dinner today 03,12,24. The American manager treated them really bad, she made them wait 40 minutes with empty tables, she yelled at my daughter several times and my granddaughters witnessed everything, they started crying, my daughter was in shock and trembling because I didn't know why I treated them like that, the manager treated everyone who came very kindly except my daughter and her family, in the end she kicked them out of the restaurant for no reason, I am very angry about this incident, how sad that There are people like that in this world, I hope they fire her for being so rude, we will never set foot in that restaurant again because they are racists who don't know how to work and are worthless“

“Had an excellent experience at Papa John’s tonight. I placed an order online and realized it was gonna be too early so I called and they were able to stop production of the pizzas and just held off on making it until I needed them. When I arrived at the store to pick them up one pizza was still in production, and it had not gone through the oven yet. The manager once again was extremely gracious and offered a free dessert for my wait and inconvenience.“

“This location runs like a well oiled machine. Perfect execution in every area. It is as reliable as it can get even during busy times. We have never had any issues with our food from here. The only thing I can complain about is them not having certain drinks on stock and no way to know ahead of time before picking up the food.“

“I had a great experience at this KFC location during lunchtime. I was greeted immediately and assisted within a minute. My order was placed and paid for, and my food was already ready by the time I headed to the restroom. The food was hot and tasted great, and the restroom was clean and in excellent condition.
