“I’m am out in Justin Texas on bossiness today and I saw Chicken Express and I am dinning in. The restaurant and very nice and clean. I order my meal and I tell you the truth. The coleslaw is so fresh and delicious, the chicken is hot and crispy and delicious the roll is outstanding. I receive the outstanding customer service from Maggie. She is awesome and also a beautiful smile. Each customer that came in to the restroom she recognized them as they enter the restaurant. First time here and I love. I will be back hopefully soon. Thank you Chicken Express.“

“This is the newer Greensburg, Pa location. I always like to start with the good. I paid $70 & parts we were very unhappy with. And I've been SO EXCITED TO GO HERE! The flavor of everything was great. Everything had great flavor. The sauces were good, the ranch, the seasonings... Starting off with the best thing. The cajun fried corn. I could buy that & literally just eat that. In my car, shamelessly. We got 10 & I ate 7 of them. The voodoo fries were good. They didn't have enough stuff for all of them, luckily I had gotten extra ranch & cheese so I put that on & sprinkled some Tonys on top. Some jalapenos would be a nice addition. I really hate that you can't eat there. I didn't know this until we got there. The chicken strips were so good... & while we were waiting for our food I told my husband. "I had to get some honey mustard bc you know how I feel about strips & honey mustard! I'm so excited!" Got home bc you can't eat there... & guess what I didn't have that I paid for? Honey mustard. So, I had to get some ChickFilA sauce out of my pantry. This did NOT make me happy, & it certainly was not the same. Here's the most depressing part of our experience (I'm still really miffed about the honey mustard bc I'm a condiment girl & if you're a condiment person you know that makes or breaks your meal for you if you don't have it)... The wings were pretty terrible. I'm not sure that the first thing that if someone says "Wingstop" that I should think is, "their corn is great". We got 40 wings. 20 of them came in a big metal container. They were the Korean Q... flavor good, wings bad. The wings were SO COLD & CHEWY. I live 5 min away. They didn't get cold that fast. Also, we got 10 of the Mango Habanero. Flavor was good, wings were hot. They were just so chewy! Like rubber. I spit so much of them out. They were hot, which means that the Korean ones were cold bc the other ones were still hot. I'm just not sure how to feel. I did have a big order, & plenty of people got their orders before me that ordered after me... that's fine, but my food should be hot. And it certainly shouldn't be unchewable. My favorite part is usually the skin, I love ripping off a crispy skin. These were literally rubber slathered in delicious sauce. Our Korean Q was spicier than the Habanero, too, just bc there was barely any sauce on the Habanero.“

“I was in the area today an got in the mood for some wings, managed to locate this wingstop by all this construction, i walked in this store and it was slow, the crew acknowledged me fast, respectfully an very professional they did a outstanding job and ive been to most wingstops all over texas, but these wings was fresh an sauced perfectly the way i expected a wing to be, practically put pluckers on noticed and thats pretty up there and lets not forget the fries, with a crisp well dressed voodoo fries never have i ever had fresh fries like that from wingstop before until today!, it was so prefect that I almost couldnt finish everything but I was so hungry, the store was clean an had a wholesome presence to it an the music was relaxing, I believe the store manager Vanessa was present today big shout-out to her it seems like she knows what she's doing and her crew it made me very proud that wingstop brought these people on to serve wings!, it's been several months since I've ate at a wingstop and today definitely caught my attention again and i will definitely return again!“

“We have ordered from this location for years, they work as hard as they can. My most recent visit was shocking. I was there to pick up dinner for my family, just a pepperoni with crazy crust and a 2L Pepsi. They were insanely busy, the lobby was packed. You could tell people were getting annoyed, but in my opinion they shouldn’t be. Pizza takes time to cook. It’s not instant. And you’re not the only one who ordered.
But the employees stayed calm and were working as fast as the ovens would let them. There was a young girl who would hand out the orders and then she would check on everyone else, and update them on how their order is coming.
The manger is always there when we go, always helping everyone, she does a great job, very professional, very nice.“
