“3 times in a row I've ordered food and have picked up carside delivery by going in and getting my cold food because no one wants to walk outside so I have them deliver and my food was cold and soda was warm from being in the hot bag :(“

“Food is Buffalo Wild Wings it’s pretty good but the manager jessie was fantastic I called asking how much the wings costed and he gave me a discount just to be nice and rake in the cash for the business. The man was also just all around a fantastic example of customer service, and if the rest of the employees are like him I will definitely go again“
“So this KFC (and also Taco Bell) is not like any other I’ve been to. They consistently meet by high expectations as a restaurant owner myself I tend to be quick at pointing out problems. Here I can’t, only thing slightly negative I would say is not open all night or at least later as I would patronize even more. The store manager Gerard is spot on customer service centric attitude and the food quality and temperatures are perfect. Every other KFC I go to the gravy is the consistency of water and instantly falls off the mashed potatoes- here absolutely not. They spend the extra 5 cents in ingredients and make it right. Perfect consistency and thickness and taste wonderful. And I’ve never got chicken that tasted like it was out of a warmer, which means they hold their food appropriately timed. Their Taco Bell side is also great, especially the new Grilled Cheese Shredded Beef Taco. Please keep up the astonishing work and I’ll stay a long term customer!“
“I had one of the best drive through experiences today. The order taker was upbeat and friendly. He asked questions and upsold. He was polite. When I actually got to the window he smiled and made a terrific impression. First time in a while that I have been through a drive-through and my order be correct. I let him know that the experience made my whole day and that I would be leaving a review of my experience.“
“Food was good, service was good. When we got the bill, I questioned $12.75 for a beer and I had 2. I was told it was an IPA. Nowhere on the menu was any beer listed at $12.75. We didn't see it priced anywhere in the restaurant either. When our waitress went to talk to someone about it, someone they were speaking with are a smart sarcastic remark about us. It was such a turn off.“
“The chicken was good. However, I like mine fried hard but other than that it was seasoned well. If you’re not one who likes your chicken fried hard it’ll be perfect. I tried the lemon pepper wings and Parmesan fries.I got a 10 piece and fries AND PAID $20 and change, no drink. At least wingstop comes with a drink and a dipping sauce. I think the price could be lower but may be due to the current inflation in the world.The location surprised me. It’s inside of the Lewisville mall. However, you would enter through a grocery store that is now attached to the mall. Inside is a small food court.“
