“Izzy was our server and she was fabulous!!! Very attentive, very knowledgeable about the menu, very good at recommending flavors for us— I would say this was the best pluckers service I’ve had!!! Not to say my other experiences were really bad, but Izzy just made me feel very welcomed and she made everything very personable. My sister was running late to our table and her food had already arrived but once my sister came, Izzy even reached out and asked if my sister needed her wings warmed up or if anything was missing. She was super attentive. I really wanted to highlight her good job so I wanted to leave a review for all to see!!🤗

“Want to jump in a time machine and go back to the '90s and enjoy Pizza Hut the way it was meant to be enjoyed... Then make sure you swing by this place.

I moved to Grapevine and 2024 and was a Domino's guy. Then I discovered this Pizza Hut and let me tell you it has not disappointed.

I've ordered from here over the last year and a half. Probably about 40 plus times and only once has my order not hit the spot.

When you go inside they actually have workers who greets you and it has the atmosphere of classic Pizza Hut and they have a nice area to sit outside too if you would like.

Every time I order takeout I go through the drive-thru and if it says my order will be ready in 15 minutes right on the spot it's always ready in 15 minutes.

So give it a try. You won't be disappointed!“

“Easily the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Not even exaggerating. This is a must try if you’re in Grapevine looking for something to change the way you view chicken sandwiches. I live in Louisiana and haven’t been able to find anything else like it since going home.“

“The food is fantastic, the drive thru service can be hit or miss. Whether a headset issue or a understanding issue often the drive thru attendants do not seem happy to be at work or struggle to understand the order. If this happened for me at multiple drive thru's (like it does my husband's deep voice) then I would expect it but seems to constantly only be an issue at this one location.“

“I had an absolute wonderful experience.

They all smiled and seemed happy to help. This was my second time visiting this location and it was A+ service. Everything was fresh and piping hot.

The chef/head cook advised it would be 5 more minutes for fresh everything. While waiting I asked about their new Hot Honey Garlic and Sriracha wings and was provided a sample of the seasonings used. I didn't realize it was the Manager who was assisting me until I was about to leave.

“Red is a wonderful server. She always makes sure that my needs are met. She checks on me even when she doesn’t need to check on me, When I order food at BWW she checks to make sure the order is correct. Great team member of the BWW team. (In my opinion)“
