“Ummm. This is a tricky one. I know what some of the other low reviews are talking about pertaining to service but the young dudes were working tonight and everything was PERFECT. Young man at the window was friendly and polite. Food took a few minutes (good! They are making it for you) and was fantastic. I have had some weird workers not nail the customer service here but I’ll put it like this:
On average the food is 8.9/10 for fast food.
The prices are reasonable as hell. I can get 2 perfect fish fillets, 6 pounds of fries and THE BEST HUSHPUPPIES in the lower 48 for under $11.
I’ve never lived in a state with Chicken Express so I’ve only been to this Coppell one (several times) and the Euless one a couple times. They are both waaaaay above average for quick food.
Service is wonderful if you get the good crew.
Overall, when food, price and service are way above average, they deserve a visit.
This Chicken Express is like a Cottonwood Cafe level food for half the price. I highly recommend trying this location a few times before passing it up. I shutter at the thought of Chipotle and Panda Express being our “premium” fast food and only having McDonalds and Whataburger for the “cheap stuff.”
This place is 4x better than McDonald’s for literally the same price. Give them a try. A real restaurant quality food, pretty quick, pretty good price.

“This Wingstop is a fantastic addition to Coppell! The location is perfect, and the inside is always clean, organized, and inviting. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive, and I've never had an order be late or incorrect. The food is always top-notch. Overall, it’s a great spot to grab a bite!“

“The worst customer service tonight, waited over 40 min, pizza was ready, but no one was working the front to give pizza out, terrible service! And pizza was incorrect, didn't get what i ordered, saw that when i got home. Not going back tonight!“

“Run, don’t walk, to Motor City Pizza. We ended up here by accident last weekend, after the restaurant we were going to was unexpectedly closed. This was the next closest non chain pizza place we could find so we decided to give it a try and we were SO glad we did. We sat at the bar. The bartender (I think his name was Brad) was friendly and personable and made some fabulous menu suggestions. We started with the potato chip chicken strips. They were fantastic. The seasoning in the batter was spot on, and they were piping hot and perfectly crispy. I ordered the Maurice salad, something I had never heard of. It was a very busy salad, lots of different flavors going on, but I am here to tell you it was one of the best salads I have ever had in my life. I am already trying to figure out when I can go back and order it again. Hubs got pizza, half Texas sweet heat and half mobster. Definitely one of the best pizzas we’ve ever had, you could tell they use top notch ingredients. It’s rare we have such a great experience entirely “by accident”. We can’t wait to go back! Maybe next time I’ll remember to get pictures :)“

“Some of the best wings that Ive ever had. Our waitress, Mariah, was super friendly and helpful due to it being our first time there. We were able to try some of the sauces first to test the heat level. We had hot, blazing, bbq, hot honey (tasted more like Hawaiian to me), and spicy dill (with hot as a base). We had the honey and blazing bbq finished on the grill (carmelizing them).“

“Food was amazing, decently priced, and good portions. I got the butter chicken which comes with a side of rice and naan. It was my first time here so I accidentally ordered an extra side of rice and naan, but it iust means I’ll have more leftover. Would definitely recommend“
