After my Pizza delivered through door dash was messed up due to the drivers driving! Ms Shery the GM was of immediate assistance and concern. I explained to her my situation and she made me feel like a main priority! Also she gave me a full refund! Thanks again Shery need more like you!
There was very little meat at least 1/4 of what should have been on the Philly Chese Steak sandwich.

However, an assistant manager went above and beyond to help with an issue, providing exceptional customer service and making the experience enjoyable. While not perfect, Papa John's is better than some competitors, offering a decent pizza option. However, for those seeking a more authentic, homemade Italian pizza experience, a NY-style pizza restaurant may be a better choice.
