Im pretty upset my order was very wrong. I ordered a large pep, three cheese blend, and jalapeños. I also ordered it well done.
Instead of a three cheese blend, I got extra cheese which is definitely not what I wanted. I got it well done but unfortunately the pizza is still pretty dough-y. I love papa johns but I don't even want to eat this pizza.

I normally only leave negative reviews but Bc Pizza store employees rarely get any recognition I thought I’d comment.The way the manager Lacey handled my order took this place to a whole different level. Super attentive, incredibly kind, and clearly someone who genuinely cares about customers. They jumped in immediately, made sure everything was perfect, and turned what could’ve been a small hiccup into an awesome experience. Two pizzas ordered at 8pm on a Wednesday evening were fresh and hot, with pepperoncini and garlic sauce, but toppings were applied haphazardly and the crust was unevenly cut. However, an assistant manager went above and beyond to help with an issue, providing exceptional customer service and making the experience enjoyable. While not perfect, Papa John's is better than some competitors, offering a decent pizza option. However, for those seeking a more authentic, homemade Italian pizza experience, a NY-style pizza restaurant may be a better choice.
