“This was my very first time dining at Manna Shabu & BBQ (Lewisville location) while visiting for a concert weekend, and I have to say—it was such a wonderful experience! They were even having a special collaboration with a local small business vendor for the Ateez concert and offering a complimentary Lemon Drop mocktail for each diner, which was such a fun and thoughtful touch. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. I believe it was the owner or manager who greeted me, and when he learned it was my first visit, he kindly explained the menu, the dining options, and where to find the different food and sauce stations. I was then shown to my table where a very sweet server brought me water and took my order. Throughout my meal, two other staff members as well as the owner/manager checked on me often. The service was beyond excellent—everyone was attentive, helpful, and genuinely kind. Now onto the food—oh my gosh, the portions were incredible! I ordered three different meats and was so pleasantly surprised at the generous serving sizes. At most KBBQ places, one order barely feels like enough for a single person, but here, each order was hearty and satisfying. I couldn’t stop raving about it to my boyfriend and mom while on the phone during my meal! The meat was fresh, high-quality, and delicious—even without dipping sauces. The corn cheese also deserves a special shout-out—it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. Beyond the main dishes, there were so many great options: hot plates like mandu, sausage, japchae, fried rice, and chicken; a nice selection of banchan; an ice cream station for dessert; and a wide variety of sauces to complement everything. The restaurant itself was very clean, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and even the restrooms were spotless. I also loved that the TVs played some of my favorite K-pop groups and the music playlist was absolutely top tier—it really added to the fun vibe. Dining here as a solo traveler, I never once felt uncomfortable or out of place. On the contrary, I felt taken care of and treated like a queen. It was such a comforting and memorable experience, and I am so thankful for the outstanding hospitality and service I received. “I 100% recommend this restaurant, mainly because of the friendly people who work there. I especially want to recognize Mike Quinney who helped us with a gift card issue. I hope the owner Chris Carol sees this so he can understand what an asset he has in Mike Quinney. He helped me and my mother above and beyond and I want everyone to know what a great store partner he is. The food is delicious also and it’s been a go too since I was very young.“

“I got the lunch special of 1 meat and 1 side as well as the lemon cake dessert. The brisket was very good in my opinion, perfect balance of fat and lean meat; loved the sauce that was on the side, it was very peppery but balanced with a slight sweetness. Comes with a side of toast and pickles and pickles onions that were also very delicious and good balance. The Mac and cheese was a semi disappointment due to it being spiral noodles but the cheese sauce and breadcrumbs really bring it back to being tasty. Lastly, the dessert, smoked lemon cake. It was hard to judge it, they forgot the berries so it was good but not quite up to par, the cake portion did not taste smoky, was very dense but still moist. Comes with this lemon drizzle/curd sauce that was very good. Worth a visit for the atmosphere and food, but if you're looking for solid BBQ I would give this place a pass and maybe go to hard 8, Hutchinsons or even maybe Loro if you're looking for something more modern.“

“This BBQ joint is something truly magical. It is stuck in the middle of everywhere and it hits hard. We had the brisket, Iraqi sausage and lamb ribs.for our sides we had the mac and cheese and corn. The meat was so tender and delicious that it makes you crave more and more. This is a dangerous place for sure. The lamb ribs fall off the bone and the sausage was nice and juicy. The Mac and cheese is next level on savory goodness and the corn hits the spot. The pit master is super nice and attentive. You can tell that love is ozing from this place and from the food. I totally recommend it.“

“My oldest daughter ordered our July 4th meal for our family. A little pricey, however same as any other BBQ place priced about the same! Our meal was preordered and ready when I arrived to pick it up. Once I got to my daughters she noticed that the brisket portion was less than what it should've been, we were missing one macncheese, no butter for the rolls and there was zero BBQ sauce! I called the restaurant and Sutton, the manager, was very kind, apologetic and offered to do what he needed to do to make it right. He explained that the macncheese portion was correct it was combined into one container and explained if I would drive back with a picture of what I did pick up, he would have brisket ready for me to make the order correct. I said yes because our family has to have BBQ sauce! When I got there he had two containers of brisket, another dozen of rolls and a bag full of butters for us! Thank you Sutton! You're the best!“

“Went here last night for dinner with my wife. Met the new owner, who came and introduced himself. Very friendly and loved that he took time to visit with us, box up the leftovers and gave us a very honorific good bye as we left. We will certainly be back.“

“Dare I say that this spot rivals LSA Burger in terms of taste, and LSA has some of the best burgers I've ever had.

I ordered 2 sliders for $14, the Main Street and the Rail Sliders. Maria, the chef, cooked the beef to absolute perfection, medium rare, amazingly juicy patties, perfectly complimented with each ingredient. The Main Street used a slight bit of mustard with fried onion strings (basically small strings of onion rings), with cheddar, to create an almost sweet, rich slider. The Rail used cooked onion strings instead, with barbecue sauce and gouda cheese. This made for a much richer, deeply savory slider, one you'll definitely want to eat slowly.

I can't stress enough how well every component was cooked as well as how the all go together to create flavors that are so elegant. I'll definitely be returning. I will say that they are so decadent that you'll probably wish that the slider was a full sized burger instead. Hopefully one day!

We ordered 1-Mutton Chops 9/10, delicious and perfectly cooked 2-Chicken Lover10/10, all time fav balanced spicy and full of juices 3-Paratha Role9/10, Filled with juicy kaboobs and rich of sauces 4-Naan Role8/10, juicy bbq Boti Naan was just Okay. 5-Mango Lassi9/10, Great balance of sugar and Mango 6-Samosa9/10, Samosa Chaat comes with variety of sauces and Salad. You can have multiple flavors in a single bite. 7-Fruit Chat8/10, Good range of fruits in a single serving 8-Masla Fries 9/10 Crispy and Fresh with balanced spices 9-Pakoras8/10. You can feel homemade taste in Pakoras. Ambience 8/10 They have very positive change in sitting arrangements. Whole furniture is changed and place is spacious and can accommodate more guests now. All the sauces are really flavorful, but the best way to order in my opinion is the plain golden original chicken with a side of sauce for dipping. That's keeps the breading super crispy wyle you eat it.
We dont order from other chicken places anymore.
