We got to have a private tasting before hand and all of the food was delicious. The staff was so friendly at our wedding and greeted every guest with a smile. “We love Soulman's so much. Until the location in N. Richland Hills opened, we would drive east to Van Texas to get their BBQ and especially the Ranch House Beans. The staff is very accommodating with a special shout to Holly (NRH location). She was working the drive-thru window when I went there a couple of days ago. I had a fairly large order with a few special requests. Holly took care of it with a smile and when we got home with the food, everything was correct. I have not gone inside the N Richland Hills location yet, but the one in Van is very nice and clean. I feel certain this location will be also. I very highly recommend Soulman's.“

“My oldest daughter ordered our July 4th meal for our family. A little pricey, however same as any other BBQ place priced about the same! Our meal was preordered and ready when I arrived to pick it up. Once I got to my daughters she noticed that the brisket portion was less than what it should've been, we were missing one macncheese, no butter for the rolls and there was zero BBQ sauce! I called the restaurant and Sutton, the manager, was very kind, apologetic and offered to do what he needed to do to make it right. He explained that the macncheese portion was correct it was combined into one container and explained if I would drive back with a picture of what I did pick up, he would have brisket ready for me to make the order correct. I said yes because our family has to have BBQ sauce! When I got there he had two containers of brisket, another dozen of rolls and a bag full of butters for us! Thank you Sutton! You're the best!“

“Dare I say that this spot rivals LSA Burger in terms of taste, and LSA has some of the best burgers I've ever had.

I ordered 2 sliders for $14, the Main Street and the Rail Sliders. Maria, the chef, cooked the beef to absolute perfection, medium rare, amazingly juicy patties, perfectly complimented with each ingredient. The Main Street used a slight bit of mustard with fried onion strings (basically small strings of onion rings), with cheddar, to create an almost sweet, rich slider. The Rail used cooked onion strings instead, with barbecue sauce and gouda cheese. This made for a much richer, deeply savory slider, one you'll definitely want to eat slowly.

I can't stress enough how well every component was cooked as well as how the all go together to create flavors that are so elegant. I'll definitely be returning. I will say that they are so decadent that you'll probably wish that the slider was a full sized burger instead. Hopefully one day!
