“This is hands down the very best bbq I have ever had! My husband is from Texas so he knows bbq! I had the hardest time deciding to put sauce on or not because it was so good as is. However, the sauce is phenomenal as well. Sides are mouth watering delicious! I think we will be making trips from Oklahoma just for this bbq!!!“

“When I tell y’all this food is sent from heaven, I mean it! I found this place when I was looking for places to order on DoorDash. The reviews were so good that I decided to just go up there because everyone speaks so highly of the owners. Be prepared to wait about 15 minutes, but it’s worth every minute sat!! I got 2 of the brisket tacos and a brisket bbq potato. It’s freaking huge! I’m going to try to the brisket sandwich next time because a family that are regulars were up there waiting on their food and told me I gotta try it next! I will be back this weekend. 😆“

The owner, Brandon, is incredibly friendly and genuinely takes the time to chat with customers and make sure everyone is having a great experience. He even offers samples of other meats so you can try something new and find another favorite!

“Great food, funny name, but it's well worth remembering Metzler's. Yes, they've got exceptional BBQ, but this place holds undiscovered gems. Check out their variety of sandwiches - a fantastic Reuben and my new fav, a Pulled-pork grilled cheese sandwich. Omg, it's yummy, it's unique and it's original.*The Best* onion rings in north TX. Plus Metzler's has a surprisingly impressive array of wines. Sure, it's sorta a hole-in-the-wall as far as sit-down dining, but no one can fault their food or service, which are both top notch.“

My ribeye came out witha a perfect temp and we got the pork chop tonight which was Very very Good! “I had a great experience at Dickey's Barbecue Pit! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, with tender barbecue and delicious sides.
