“Big Jacks is the most underrated BBQ in DFW. Moist chicken and brisket, wonderful sides; and the service is always great too. Just a small bbq in the middle of Lewisville. But after living in DFW for eight years now, I can say with 100% certainly Big Jacks is one of the best.“
“This place used to be acceptable, but lacked A lot to be desired in the service department. It's been A long while since I've eaten here. The food has always been great, but the staff was not good in the communication area. You can sense A whole new attitude. They removed the trash cans and they actually remove your trash themselves. On top of that, they clean the table as well.I don't remember seeing them wash tables before. The staff now are very attentive, asking you if they can help with any questions, the old staff barely spoke. In addition the night manager checked on each table to see if the customer needed anything. MUCH IMPROVED! I know it's basically fast food BBQ, but they take good care of their customers. Happy, I went back and will continue too.“
“I love the BBQ here! If you drive past you can smell the smoker and then your car magically turns around and pulls in. I personally love the turkey and chicken smoked to perfection and the sides are so good! They make the usual meat plates and sandwiches but they also make quesadillas using the meat of your choice and they are HUGE. I have tried most of the menu and it's all good.“

“Yet another Lewisville hidden gem!! If you love barbecue, you must try this place out, everything was so delicious! We got the corn and mac and cheese as our sides and they were top tier, I highly recommend. I also got the pulled pork sandwich, the meat was stacked high and was tender. When we got there, a man was playing live music and it really added to the vibes. Lastly if you come on a friday or saturday they give you a free cinnamon roll with your meal if you dine in. This was a 5/5 experience and we will be back!“
